Located in St Germain, this lovely cabin for $271 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Sun & Snow 2 is one side of a very nice sized duplex! It received a huge face lift in 2017 and the result is sure to please anyone looking for the perfect escape to the northwoods! From the moment you open the front door, and step inside, you’re welcomed by the beauty of rustic northwoods charm. Best of all, our panoramic windows in both the living room and kitchen areas, overlook the entire bay. It’s a view that’s impressive and inspiring and will give you a glimpse into how the lake changes from hour to hour. Witness the early morning fog and mist as it hangs over the water and then fades as the heat of the sun gently rolls in! This is why you come to the northwoods—to renew your spirit and remind yourself of all that’s still good in this life. The living room & kitchen are an open concept and the table can seat 6 for dining. There's a door off the kitchen that leads out onto the lakeside deck with additional table and seating. The charcoal grill is on a grill mat out here, making outdoor grilling and dining at Sun & Snow, fun and convenient to the kitchen. From this lakeside deck, little ones can play on the lawn below or by the shallow sandy edge of water and still be under your watchful eye! This main level hosts two bedrooms. The master has a queen bed with chest of drawers, flat screen TV and ceiling fan. The second bedroom offers two twin beds with a closet, dresser and ceiling fan. Between the bedrooms sits the freshly renovated bathroom featuring a new double shower with a seat. Should you need space for just one more, the love seat in the living room opens into a twin size sleeper. There's a flat screen TV mounted in the living room, and a wide assortment of movies for your viewing pleasure! Next take the carpeted spiral steps to the lower level where you'll discover the 2020 remodeled rec room! The carpeting has been replaced with wood laminate flooring. New furniture gives the room a much lighter feel! New flat screen TV with lounge style seating makes this area a great escape! You'll discover the third bedroom with two twin beds, dresser and nightstand. The bathroom has now been updated to include a new step in shower just like the one upstairs! Sliding patio doors provide a lake view from this area as well as easy access out to the water. Guests of Sun and Snow have access to one side of the shared dock for the duplex, so there's plenty of space for your boat or for swimming & fishing off the dock. With blacktop parking for 2 vehicles conveniently out your door and a view of the bay that’s about the best you’ll ever find in an up north cabin, we are confident your vacation stay at Sun & Snow will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and ready to tackle the rigors of daily life once more! If you need more space to invite another family or more friends to join you, know that the other half of this duplex can also be rented, providing you a side by side vacation with your favorite people and still lending you each a bit of privacy! The property was exactly as described. Debbie checked in with us promptly and made sure everything was up to par. The property was the perfect size for our little family of 3, but could easily fit double that! Convenient location to everything in town. Gorgeous lake views and the large dock was perfect for fishing. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Sun & snow 2 was beautiful! Very clean and perfect for our stay! The location was perfect, and the lake was lovely. Debbie was easy to get a hold of for check in and a slight issue we had with the tv remote. The basement did have a musty smell but we opened the door downstairs and it seemed to help. The Keurig coffee machine didn’t seem to work but wasn’t to big of a problem as there was a regular coffee pot. We had a great time and would highly recommend this place for a vacation!

Me and a couple family members headed up to the area for opening day of gun hunting. We ended up stumbling on this place and figured we would give it a shot. This place is extremely clean and organized. Plenty of room for 4 hunters to stay in. The view of the lake never got old. Debbie & Kevin were great with answering questions and provided all the information could need. We plan to come back next year!

Overall great property! Perfect location. Restaurant , coffee, fuel and ice cream all in walking distance. Loved the ability to fish off the pier and leave out jets skis on the dock to use them when we wanted It is a shared pier with the other side of the duplex, it is big enough but something just to be aware of.

We're a family of four with school-age kids. We stayed a week in late-July. All the pre-arrival communications with Debbie were great. She was very responsive and super-helpful with finding us a boat rental. The place is great. Updated, clean, beds are comfortable, plenty of space for four (the kids hand their own hangout area in the basemen), all the accommodations and kitchenwares you would need (no dishwasher though). The central air was wonderful. Great view overlooking the lake. Dock space for a boat. Very close to the "downtown" St. Germain attractions: ice cream shoppe, coffee shop, restaurants, hardware store, gas station, bait shop, etc. – many within walking distance. We had some trouble figuring out the TV remote controls, and Debbie and Kevin were very quick to help us fix it the same day. Only minor complaint – similar to other reviews – was the basement was a bit musty-smelling after it rained heavily one night. But we opened the patio door and ran a fan for a day, and it was fine within a few hours. Not a big deal. Many thanks for hosting us! We had a truly excellent vacation!

Overall, just a great place to stay, it’s well equipped, phenomenal view, great fishing off the dock as well as lake in general., sandy swim area and super short walk to the dock. Place is updated nicely and set up well for family and friends to enjoy. Short walk to downtown St Germain restaurants and other businesses for your needs. Debbie is wonderful to work with, very responsive and she rents boats too, which helps with planning your trip.
