'Seas the Day' - OIB IS OPEN FOR SUMMER RENTALS!! 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Oceanfront Condominium with WiFi, ELEVATOR, TV and Ceiling fans in all rooms, DVDs, No Pets, No Smoking, Storage closet in garage area for storing beach equipment. OCEAN ISLE BEACH, North Carolina is 45 minutes from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and Wilmington, North Carolina. Oceanfront living with wide sandy beaches makes the family-oriented beach relatively uncrowded for the perfect vacation. New shower in downstairs full bath for 2023. New flooring in the downstairs and new drapes in the living area added for 2022! Stainless appliances in the kitchen and washer/dryer in laundry area were added in 2020. Combo Keurig and coffee carafe are available for individual coffee needs. Updated chairs and sofa (Made in America/NC) in the living area create a comfortable, updated look for guests to watch TV/Netflix, play games, visit with family and friends and most of all enjoy jaw-dropping views of the ocean. Updated WiFI system ensures faster and easier access for devices. "Catching up on relaxing" is important for any vacation. Rocking glider chairs on the downstairs porch ensure many hours of comfortable beach watching and reading not to mention watching pelicans, sea gulls, dolphins and people! Recliners on the upper deck are perfect for sun bathing, reading, etc. Fun, beachy decor with yearly updates include granite counter tops in the kitchen, refurbished cabinets throughout, new ceiling fans and a new appliances make the condo attractive and convenient for guests each season. A 42' flat screen TV provides round-the-clock entertainment. All bedrooms have ROOM DARKENING DRAPES for late sleeping and daytime naps. Flat screen TVs are in the living area and each bedroom. 'Seas the Day' is on the top floor; there will be no noise above you except for the occasional seagull or pelican! The exterior elevator with carts for loading/unloading make going to the beach efficient for everyone. The ELEVATOR is close enough for convenience but you are NOT BOTHERED BY ELEVATOR TRAFFIC/NOISE! Enjoy two oceanfront balconies, one uncovered for sunbathing and one covered just for relaxing, reading and talking. You can ride the ocean waves or swim in the pool. A closet in the garage area is perfect for safely storing beach equipment. Bike racks are available for guests. The fully equipped kitchen encourages vacationers to create seafood feasts. The breakfast bar, adjacent dining table and deck table provide variety for dining. Cooking not your thing - there are good seafood restaurants and Domino's delivers on the island! A notebook with RESTAURANT MENUS provides opportunity for guests to choose a restaurant from the comfort of the condo. SLEEP BY THE OCEAN in the upstairs master bedroom - made for feeling pampered and relaxed. The queen-size bed, television/DVD and ceiling fan invite you to leave your worries at the door. The master bath includes a Jacuzzi/tub/shower combination and vanity. Two bedrooms with ceiling fans and one full and one half baths are located on the first floor. The shell bedroom has 2 double beds. Adjoining the room, but entered from the hallway, is a full bath with shower. Off the central hallway is the blue striped, nautical bedroom. This room contains 1 double bed and 1 single bed and a half bath. Enjoy early morning or late night TV in your own room. 'Make Memories' for each member of the vacationing party! Sit back, relax and watch dolphin visits, early morning fishermen, afternoon surfers or the rising/setting sun or moon. Learn about the coastal environment at the Museum of Coastal Carolina, Ingram Planetarium or the North Carolina Maritime Museum. Check out local shops and galleries or travel to the artsy community of Southport, North Carolina, the outlet malls of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina or the battleship, etc. in Wilmington, NC. Enjoy live performances in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, at the Alabama Theatre, Carolina Opry, Dixie Stampede or the House of Blues. Had trouble getting in condo, very dark area and extremely poor lighting, even at 3:00 P.M. The condo's furniture cushions were very dirty, as were the bed linens(comforters, mattress pads). The pillows had a terrible odor and bloody spots on it.
We called owner re: cockroches, advised to use spray under sink. There is definitely an infestation going on on the balcony. My husband killed at least 6 every night we were there. Many more got away. They were 1/2" to 2" long. Very disgusting. Only did find 2 in the condo. Plus side- huge pool, but NO umbrellas, furniture needs to be cleaned/replaced. Loved elevator. Loved being able to see and hear the waves.

This condo is ideally located oceanfront on the west end. The property was very clean and nicely appointed. We had great communication with the owner who was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Having an elevator and carts available for moving in and out was very helpful.

We love staying at Windjammer on Ocean Isle Beach, and this unit is a excellent one. Not right over the beach access, so was quiet and we enjoyed the balconies on both floors. Martie, the owner, was easy to reach beforehand. We also used the storage closet off the parking area and put our beach stuff there. Love the pool!

This place is perfect in every way! Martie is an excellent host!! The condo was perfect. My family has not been on a vacation together in 10 years or more. We had a wonderful time. We had no issues with the condo or with Martie. It was perfect! We will be coming back next year! Ocean Isle is a beautiful place.

Wonderful family trip full of all the beach fun as well as sightings of turtles hatchings and dolphins. Had a magical family trip. Condo was clean and had great easy to follow instructions. I only wish I could join the condo owner on their travels (great pics!). Would stay again.

First Timer
This was my first experience with a VRBO property and my first time visiting Ocean Isle. Both were wonderful! Martie’s property was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated with photographs of her travels. Martie was a gracious and responsive host whenever we had a question. The location was perfect for enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the balconies when we weren’t on the beach. I would recommend this property to a family with older children and married couples who want to share a vacation while also enjoying some space of their own.

Wonderful Trip!
We had a wonderful and much needed trip to OIB, and I am so glad I decided on Martie’s place. She was wonderful to work with and was always very responsive and understanding given my concerns with CoVid 19. The property was just perfect for what we needed and in a great location at OIB. We plan to return and hope to stay again at Martie’s place.

Great property and location. Communication with Martie couldn't have been better. Easy check in and check out. Wildlife everywhere. We saw dolphins, tons of pelicans and there is a family of foxes that live in the dunes right outside the condo. I would not hesitate to return.

Very different from the busyness of Myrtle. Nice beach town. Very fun place. I highly recommend staying away from the Isles restaurant that is within walking distance. That was the only negative i could mention

Perfect getaway!
We had a wonderful time during our stay at “Seas the Day”! The location was just perfect! We loved being right on the beach and the pool was never crowded. The condo was much bigger than we originally thought, which was a lovely surprise. I also really loved how separate all the rooms were from the living area - we could easily put the kids down and still enjoy ourselves with laughs and games in the living room without worrying about waking them. Martie was a JOY to work with! She made sure we were informed during the entire process, especially with slight changes to rules because of COVID. We will DEFINITELY be staying again!

This condo was amazing. The view is simply breathtaking. The condo itself was very clean and spacious. The upstairs is very private. We slept with the balcony doors opened (no sound machine needed). I would highly recommend this condo to anyone but especially those couples with older children that want a family vacation but still have some private time together. The owner was wonderful to deal with. I will definitely be staying here again!!

Beautiful week at Ocean Isle
Our family vacationed at Ocean Isle this week and had the time of our lives. The condo was the perfect size for us and the oceanfront views were spectacular. Martie was very responsive to our needs throughout the week and was extremely helpful from reservation to checkout. We just loved it !

Great week!
We went with a group of people who also stayed in the windjammer who were unhappy with their places because of them not being clean and also being run down. Not so with this place, it was clean, had lots of storage space, plenty of pots, pans and dishes.
Would not hesitate to book this place again.

This property is absolutely wonderful! Windjammer is our favorite Ocean Isle location!
This unit at Windjammer has everything you need! Beautifully decorated, comfortable and a well stocked kitchen are just a few reasons why we would stay again! The master bedroom and bathroom upstairs were very private and the view from that 3rd floor balcony was amazing. The bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor were perfect for our family and there was plenty of space to eat and gather in the sitting area overlooking the ocean. We will certainly recommend this unit to friends and family! Martie, the owner was so good to work with. She communicated with us every step of the way making the process from beginning to end so easy! Every question was answered before we thought to even ask it. She even had the handyman come change a light bulb when we realized it was out! Great to work with - thanks!
