Breakfast and location
Security. No working lock on my door for additional security in the room. No available rooms to change to more secure room.

The hotel was easy to get to, we were traveling on I75 and passing through. We like staying at Holiday Inn because we know the breakfast will be a decent way to start our day. I also wanted to use the exercise room but didn't get a chance.
Can't think of anything off hand.
