I love the stay the only draw back was the room above me had little children that jumped and stomped but I’m a mom so I understand and the noise it didn’t last long overall I really enjoyed my stay
My arrival front desk was not as receptive as she should have been she was young and it showed she just stood there and didn’t receive the line of guest waiting to check in not like her coworker who was great with customer service who was a little older

Everything was very good however the rooms need alarm clocks next to the bed. My room (401) only had a microwave clock that I couldn’t see from the bed. Other than that all was good.

Nice upgrades. Loved the mini kitchen. The pool.
I don’t think our room was cleaned the way it should have been. I found animal hair on my pajamas in the middle of the night and I itched all night. I’m allergic to dogs and cats. The next morning 3 more of my family told me how they were itchy throughout the night as well. The bathroom sink drain was leaking (not really too big of a deal) and the dishwasher was messed up and it made a chiming sound every few minutes and all night long. So we none slept very well. Between us itching and the dishwasher chiming all night.
