Very friendly staff and spacious clean room. Very comfortable bed. Close to a lot of stores. Breakfast options were good.
Arrived at 4:15pm, check in said after 3pm. Was advised that the king room was not ready and had to wait. Was given a room at 4:40pm. Very close to the hospital so heard sirens several times through the night. Parking was limited so had to park further away that we would've liked.

The pull out couch was terrible. Linens weren’t provided without asking front desk. And it felt like sleeping on box springs -which is basically what it is. You should not sell it as a pull out couch for sleeping.
