The property was peaceful with lovely views over Noto. It is essential to have a car so it was great to have free parking. We enjoyed the pool area especially after a day out sightseeing.
Our room was very small. Breakfast was chaotic at times as there was only 1 waiter who had to clear tables and replenish food.

Beautiful villa, amazing location with the view for the Noto city. Nice stuff, good breakfast
Just 2 suggestions:
1. it would be lovely to have slippers, especially as the rooms have cold floors.
2. Cats around the property. I love animals and had a joyful time to interact with them. But I noticed that some guests get quite irritated and I’m worried the cats might eventually “be asked” to leave.
So it would be really amazing if hotel could create a small area for them with water and proper cat food and support their sterilisation so the colony doesn’t grow. I think this could be a lovely solution for both the cats and the guests.

Very cute place, pictures make the pool area seem larger than it is.
Staff were not super friendly/overly eager to help or offer recommendations.

Pool, rooms, vibe
Food , breakfast is poor. No good coffee , no fresh juice . Some staff were nice and helpful, some on other hand quite rude .
