It a very cozy, quiet place close to the beautiful Arenella beach. Very nice rooms, amazing pool. The whole personnel is super helpful and polite. Breakfast way above standard.

We had a wonderful stay at Kalaonda Resort. Everything was truly perfect from start to finish.
A special thank you to Ana, who welcomed us with so much kindness and professionalism. She was exceptional, very attentive and warm, and made our experience even more enjoyable.
The place is calm, beautiful and very well maintained. The pool is lovely, perfect for relaxing, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good.
We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place. A beautiful address where you feel welcome from the moment you arrive.

Breakfast was lovely, the pool and room were beautiful.
It would have been really great to have a smart TV to be able to watch our own Netflix etc

The location was remote and is situated in a farmland. The air conditioning was slow and not centralized as claimed. There were insufficient windows in the room and no window in the bathroom. There were no kettle, mugs nor coffee/ tea sachets in the room. We wanted to shorten our stay from 5 nights to 3 nights. We spoke to a staff about this and they accepted and agreed to give us a refund. So we checked out after 3 nights. However they did not keep their promise. Eventually they refused to refund us.
