* Comfortable bed
* Very relaxing and peaceful place
* Very good breakfast, prepared and served on site
* Our room had no window, only a transparent door leading to the outside. This made it impossible to properly ventilate the room or have natural light without compromising privacy. The only actual window was in the bathroom, and it was positioned below another room’s garden.
* Bees: They have a serious problem with bees during breakfast. I grew up in the countryside, so I understand that bees can happen, but this was more than just one or two bees. Sometimes there were 4–6 bees around us, and they weren’t afraid of people at all. They would even land on and crawl around our food.
* WiFi was barely reaching our room, we had to go outside the room to be able to connect with it

The views the seclusion , the surroundings and the food.
You really do need a car. There was a local bus. But only ran about 5 times a day. The beach is a 40 minute walk and the local shop 20. Not a lot else to do if you wanted more.

Its in a quiet part of the island but close enough to siracusa. The pool with the sea as a backdrop is welcoming. Staff were kind and the room was good.
We had three major issues: the lights outside are kept on throughout the night and the curtains let light come in, so sleep quality was terrible. At the same time the rooms face the inner courtyard where breakfast is served so you wake up early with noises. The third is that a special key is required to operate the A/c so if you leave for the day you arrive to a very warm room. All in all we liked the place but slept very poorly, If these points are solved I definitely recommend the property.

First room the aircon was broken we had to move and the hotel generally seemed to have been built in the cheapest way possible,
