Amazing facility, it was raining very heavily so I was happy to being able to use the amazing indoor pool. Very relaxing. Got a room upgrade to the spa villa and the room was super spacious and having a huge terrace.
The staff was just amazing. Super nice and helpful. Even opened the restaurant a little earlier for me. Very good English and just great service. Thank you! Amazing breakfast choice and service. Very clean and tidy place.
It was possible to hear what happened in the room next door. There were flies coming into the room but that is probably due to the location in the country side.
Yakuzzi was closed due to the rain.
There could have been thicker sheets on the bed.

Quite isolated but yet not far away from Siracusa (15 minutes by car) and the closest beach (5-10 minutes by car). Shuttle for both destinations offered by the hotel. Free outdoor parking. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, outdoor and indoor pools, Spa, massage, etc. Rich breakfast and good restaurant for the dinner. Friendly and helpful staff. The perfect place for a couple of relaxing days.

The park and the pools
The flies. The windows need protections for them, to convert this good hotel in a fantastic one

We got a room upgrate and had a family suite with separate room for the kids and a bubble bath. The 2 pools are very nice and breakfast have plenty of choices. Beds are very confortable to our taste. There is a free shuttle to go to Syracuse and it was perfect to avoid driving in a busy city. The hotel is also located close to beach and some spot are very nice for snorkeling. The hotel staff can point out where to go. We saw starfish and octopus about 15m from the shore is shallow water.
We went to the spa and even if the facility are very nice people are all going with phone and talking to people, watching movie etc in the spa area so it is a bit hard to relax. There should be a rule where phone are forbiden.
