We had a lovely one-night stay at Elsa d’Ortigia. The location is prime, in the heart of ortigia. The owner was personable and welcoming, meeting us on arrival to show us around and making herself available for any questions throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and the bed was especially cozy, ensuring a great night’s sleep. In the morning, the owner prepared us a delicious breakfast, which was a wonderful personal touch. We would happily recommend Elsa d’Ortigia to anyone visiting Syracuse and would gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent, close to everything and very convenient for exploring the area.
The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. They even arranged parking for us, which was greatly appreciated since the property is located in a ZTL area and special access arrangements are needed.
The apartment was spotless, well equipped with everything we needed, and even included a fridge stocked with additional drinks. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day.

Everything! Personal attention from owner! Sending someone for us at the station and getting us back there even though check out was many hours before! Breakfast was generous too!
Entrance to the building is sketchy but we got used to it!
