The apartment was in a central and great location in Ortigia. It had a nice and large living space with comfortable chairs and a table. Modern and fairly new, there were some nice touches in design and extras. Other than a worn out non-stick pan, kitchen was sufficient with nice dishes and glasses/coffee cups.
Our host was super responsive to an issue which was appreciated.
There was , unfortunately a bad smell in the apartment (and also our neighbors) that was only somewhat remedied.

Location was perfect and the staff were very helpful.

The location was excellent and the apartment was spotless. We appreciated some extras such as the 3 balconies, the drying rack for clothes, and the coffee and slippers provided.
We were surprised that the apartment had 2 sets of interior stairs which made us feel less secure walking from bedroom to bathroom in the night. And several things in the apartment were inaccessible to short people. I couldn’t reach any hangers and most of the glasses due to the way the cabinets were designed. Also, communication with the management company was very limited and I felt that if anything went wrong, I’d be on my own.

The space, the location and the air-conditioner were great (it was very hot during our stay)
