Francesco was super helpful. A real gentleman. Apartment was clean, modern with beautiful touches. The best apartment on our trip. Lots of nice touches in room. Francesco had thought of everything. Perfect. Would recommend .

Location was great situated a block away from Ortigia. Room and view was great. Francesco was wonderful and gave us great recommendations for food and activities.

Super helpful staff (Fransesco was a star) - providing information on directions, parking, restaurants, etc. with very quick response times - he could not be faulted.
Beautifully decorated and furnished room; spotlessly clean.
The bathroom too was very well appointed althought the shower cubilce is quite small.
Location is super; Position A - 30 seconds to cross the bridge into Ortigia.
Avoid booking the "Mansard" rooms if you're hoping to experience some views of Syracuse/Ortigio.
The other rooms, with terraces, are o be preferred; but more expensive obviously.
Natrural light is provided by roof "windows" or velux units - there are no views (view of chimney attached); too expensive for this quality of room.
With low eaves it is not possible to stand up in all parts of the rooms.
The "buzzzing" of the mini fridge was annoying. Shower is quite small.
