Beautiful and peaceful property. Countryside. Great location if you have a rental car. Lots of parking. Easy in and out. The pool is spectacular. Huge. Perfect water. Plenty of loungers and umbrellas. Breakfast was delicious. Front desk staff was very helpful with off property dinner reservations and recommendations.
The bed was perfect for me. Firm. But my partner found it uncomfortable. Shower got water all over the floor. Pool had no bathroom. You need to go back to your room or walk through the hotel lobby. Also, we were not told that you need a reservation to eat lunch at the hotel. When we went to eat the wait staff made it weird/awkward and told us a story that they needed a reservation so they could prepare and they only had one table left. I’m not sure what the point of the story was. We were paying several hundred dollars a night, out in the countryside nowhere near any cafes or restaurants, they should be able to feed us lunch that we pay for without giving us grief. If a reservation is that important then that needs to be made more clear upon check-in. Also, pool should have more snack options. If you’re lounging by the pool all day there are no snack options other than potato chips and packaged ice cream. A light snacks menu would be amazing.

A great option just outside of Noto (5min by car). We booked a standard room and we were lucky to get the room overlooking the pool and with the view on Noto. The pool is amazing, and the bartender does some of the best cocktails we had in Italy. The restaurant is very good as well.

The area, the peace and quite and the lovely cat Favorita.
Food was exceptional and nice breakfast.
The over head shower , water had low pressure.
