Friendly and safe, good vibes, family suite had a kitchen with pots and pans, working appliances, etc.
Facility is fairly run down, bathroom especially was very out dated, lots of stains and probably original tile from the 1950s. It's a vibe and we didn't mind it but some people probably wouldn't like staying here because of it.

Convenient location for going to Grand Coulee Dam for 4th of July festivities. Great central location to do small side trips to surrounding communities

The check-in was simple and did not require answering all sorts of added questions, the check-in lady was very friendly also. The room was immaculately clean, the Wi-Fi excellent, DirecTV but they didn't have Mariner's game on (understandable) so I did not see what else was available to watch. The bed was dreamily comfy as were the pillows. Coffee maker in room was appreciated. I did not use the shower so can't rate water pressure, I was close to home so chose to wait for my own, but there was a tub also, and it looked very clean. I appreciated also a comfortable desk and chair to set up my laptop and use the excellent Wi-Fi so I could stream the baseball game, which the Mariner's walled off with a win in the 10th, Go M's!
The facility is old, and looks a bit run down from the exterior. It is a very small farming town, not remotely a tourist destination, but it was a badly needed place to rest for me. The door locks were with a key, no added security at all. I was not concerned about this but someone who is more fearful may well be. It was VERY easy to get back into the room, even with door locked and key left inside, I know because I did this when I thought I saw something I'd left behind sitting on the bed. Fortunately nobody tried to enter that shouldn't have. I don't reckon it is much of a crime area though, but again, some travelers would be downright scared by the lack of security. I personally appreciated with not being hassled with proving my identity or other things. Even though I wasn't concerned about it, they probably should at least update the door locks a bit or add a dead bolt or something. If I needed to though, I would definitely stay here again.

Convenience, right on Route 2 in Wilbur. It was dated but clean.
VERY dated unit. Carpet could use replacing, and entire unit could use some fresh paint, especially the wood trim. The AC room unit could also be replaced, as it was too loud to sleep through the night.
