I have stayed in the property previously and knew what I was getting. It is in a great spot, close to the beach (not the best in winter - lots of weed on beach) and opposite an oval with lots of "dog action" which is fun to watch from the little patio. The bedrooms are a good size, as is the bathroom. If you don't mind a simple living space - This is a great little cottage. I would recommend
Be aware there is only a Bar fridge so if you are having a long visit, it could cause an issue. You will get bombarded by sms and email which I don't remember last time. I found this incredibly annoying and confusing. I recieved a code on an email that didn't work on arrival and I had to use their contact mobile which send me to what sounded like a call centre, which surprised me for being a local family business. They also ask for an additional deposit, even if you have paid up front so be ready for that (taking your credit card details and charging just before your stay). The double bedroom wasn't made up properly - I was a little concerned that the sheets hadn't been changed as there were hairs and sand in the bed, but they smelled fresh (I have photos if they would like to see).

The cottage was nicely decorated
The check in process was a big hassle. Requests for submitting additional deposits, suggestion to download another app, requests to send credit cards via email. Messages via whatsapp that weren't responded to. Had to go and show my ID at a random location so they could take a copy of my credit card. Got a bunch of messages (emails and texts) on the second night of the two night stay telling us to take out the bins (containing rubbish of guests over the prior week). Instructions on the wall, and in a book. It made the stay feel stressful
