Best accommodations just across the street from the lifts and on the meadow Meadow Stone Lodge is absolutely the number one preferred vacation rental in Kirkwood. Location and luxury is the reason. You are located in the center of all the action from cross-country out the back and getting on the lifts in the front. This very large 5 bedroom, 3 bath condo has an open living room wonderful for gathering together with your family and friends. Granite counters, radiant floor baseboard heating, wood windows and a large deck on the front are just some of the amenities. A large fully equipped kitchen also has a dining table for 6 with another table for 2 and bar seating for 2 more. A patio with access from three bedrooms is a really nice way to soak up the sun in those afternoon bluebird days. Warm up by the gas fireplace surrounded by rock after a day on the mountain. This condo actually sleeps 11 in beds and 2 more on a sofa bed. We advertise for less because we want to make sure our guests are happy. Bedrooms: 5 Bedroom - Sleeps 11 - 2,160 square feet. - Primary Bedroom Ensuite - King bed, - Bedroom 2 - two twins (trundle bed), - Bedroom 3 - Bunk bed w/ twin over queen - Bedroom 4 - Queen - Bedroom 5 - Queen -Living room - Queen sofa bed - Linens included. Bathrooms: 3 Bathrooms - We provide towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hairdryer. Please use water sparingly as water heater can not keep up sometimes. Kitchen: We provide the following amenities- GE Advantium convection/microwave, GE Profile oven, 5 burner cooktop, dining table seating for 6, second table for 2, bar seating for 2, dishwasher, coffee maker, basic pots and pans, dishes and silverware. Entertainment: Small Flat Screen TV in living w/ CD/DVD player and Bedroom 5 w/ TV with cable Fireplace: Gas Fireplace. Deck: 1 Small deck - off living room. 1 Large long porch off the front w/ access from three bedrooms Internet Access: Wifi Laundry: Washer and dryer in hall Hot Tub: 1 Jetted tubs in master bedroom. No access to recreation center. Elevator: Elevator access provided if needed (from garage walk across driveway to Aspen Bldg, then up one floor) Parking: 1 underground parking space. We had a great stay! The door code for the garage was not the code mentioned, it was one of the others and the code for the back door did not work easily. We were cold and it was a little frustrating! More lights in the main area would be great too! Otherwise, loved our stay, thank you!

Spacious unit, walking distance to the lifts! Great big kitchen and living room made hosting a family birthday dinner so easy. We watched the snow fall and walked to the lodge and all around the Kirkwood area! The one and only thing about this unit that wasn't ideal is that the proximity to the lobby and the street made sleeping hard for the people in the bedrooms closest to the elevator and the street. But this also made loading and unloading a breeze, so put your heaviest sleepers on that side of the unit and all will be great! Management was great to work with and the unit had plenty of blankets, and towels and even a challenging puzzle to do when the weather was too blustery to go out. We would choose this one again!

This condo has everything you need for a great ski vacation but don’t expect a lot of extras. Kitchen has minimum needs for making meals. Layout is a little odd but bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and adequate for 8 people. Walk to lift was a little further than description implied but it was definitely doable. Not ski-in ski-out.
