This beautiful waterfront home offers 2,200 square feet of living space with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Featuring 4 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds, the home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and provides an excellent layout for larger families and groups.
The spacious kitchen is designed with entertaining in mind, offering granite countertops, plenty of workspace, and two dishwashers to make cleanup a breeze. Whether you’re serving a buffet-style family meal or gathering around the table, there is dining space for up to 10 guests.
New this year, we’ve added several exciting amenities to make your stay even more enjoyable. Relax in the 6-person hot tub while watching TV, unwind in the steam sauna, or gather with family and friends in the bar area featuring an additional refrigerator for beverages and a comfortable hangout space with a patio table.
We’ve also added a smokeless fire pit in the backyard with chairs, creating the perfect setting for evening gatherings. For guests looking to enjoy the water, two kayaks and beach chairs are provided for your use.
Additional amenities include central air conditioning, a back patio with a charcoal grill, and a large fenced backyard that is perfect for your dog.
The location is hard to beat. Situated just 3 miles from downtown Traverse City and only half a mile from the Traverse City Yacht Club and Marina, you’ll be close to everything Northern Michigan has to offer. Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore and Empire Beach are only a 20-minute drive away. Popular area activities include golfing, boating, wine tasting, shopping, casino gaming, kayaking, biking, and much more.

Beautiful log cabin overlooking the bay. These hosts were so awesome to work with our family and made accommodations for us. The house worked perfectly for our family gathering. Lots of space to spread out.

The house and property were as advertised, and accommodated our group of 7 perfectly. Suggestion: work on hot water capacity. It was quite limited. Otherwise, great.

Great spot for three retired couples to visit wineries and do a little shopping. Lots of space for spread out and have privacy.

The house was nice, but there were several amenities that were lacking. Firstly, please let your guests know that the beach may appear sandy, but in fact it is very rocky! you could not go in the water without water shoes. It would have been nice to know this is advance. Next the bath towels. I'm sorry but when I'm spending 4500 to stay a house, I expect things to seem fairly new. The towels seemed to be 20yrs old. They were very ratty. Lastly, We are a family that likes to cook. If you are the same way, bring your own knives. The only "chopping" knives she had were steak knives and a very dull small paring knife that didn't cut a thing. Oh and be prepared to live out of your suitcase. Lots of beds, one in every corner, but not a single dresser for drawers to put things in.
