Lovely staff and the fridge/microwave and kitchenette were a huge bonus

We enjoyed the location and the size of the room. The breakfast offered was decent.
We got in our room and the tub had a constant leak so we asked to be moved so the annoying drip wouldn’t keep us awake at night. The next room on floor 4 had a terrible smell that was so strong it was in our noses and we could taste it. We got offered a room a few doors down on the 4th floor and it smelled terrible as well almost like chemicals. So we asked to just go back to the 3rd floor dripping faucet room as we knew it didn’t have that terrible smell. The staff was very very nice & polite about our requests. They apologized for our trouble to have to keep moving.

Had ants in room in morning around Desk. We brought no food to trigger. Shower tub was small
