Nestled in Key West, this attractive condo for $689 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Location, location, location. Our spacious1800 Atlantic 3 bedroom condo offers a fabulous view of the ocean from all three bedrooms, the kitchen and the living room. Birds of various types, boating activities, lush oasis gardens are just a few reasons why people keep returning to our paradise property. "Click" on 'more information' also "click" on 'More info on Brad & Dee' to learn more about island. 1800 Atlantic is located in the middle of the Island on the Atlantic side. Two miles up is the Key West Airport and 2 miles south is the famous Mallory Square where the cruise ships dock. Off of Mallory Square is Duval Street where so many shops, bars, restaurants, and museums are located. Key West is a small island but we still recommend you renting a car, scooters, or even rent bicycles to get around to see it all. There are so many unique and great places to eat at or visit for entertainment. Every evening down at Mallory Square they have a Sunset Celebration. This is where people with unique talented skills perform. Also down here are many fun vendors who set up shop. Everyone watches and waits to see the sun dip into the ocean. Now for the nightlife to wakeup and begin. Mallory Square and Duval Street.is the Center of where it all happens. There are lots of tourist shops available and in the evening many live bands play at the bars. Some people like to do the Duval Crawl where they go from bar to bar. Jimmy Buffet's first Margaritaville is located down here to remind all you Parrotheads that it's 5 O'clock somewhere. There are many historic museums to explore. Never a dull moment. There is so much "Happening" on this little Island that is only about 4 miles long and 2 miles wide. Grab your favorite drink and enjoy the SUN, SAND, SEA AND FIREBALL SUNSETS

What a treat to lay in your bed and hear the waves! The wrap around patio was spectacular. The pool and beach area were nice and quiet. Definitely rent bikes and bring tennis racquets. Everything else is provided.

The condo was fabulous! Plenty of room. Kitchen was beyond well stocked with anything you might need to cook. Beds comfy. Air Conditioning was great especially considering the August heat. Views were gorgeous. Complex super nice with pool, bathrooms and work out room. Able to uber or drive everywhere easily. Rented mopeds and that was great to get around/parking and just FUN! Ate seafood nonstop and took two excursions through Sunset Watersports! Departures close to condo and very good employees! Half shell Raw Bar had awesome oysters on the half shell! Enjoyed live music and history at Captain Tony’s. Hemingway House had a cool tour and tons of history!

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family! We spent so much time on the wrap around deck. Every single window has a beautiful view. The condo was very well stocked with everything that you might possibly need and then some. We had such a great week together.

We had a wonderful laid back vacation. The only problem concerned the smell on the beach from the seaweed migration. Kitchen set-up is wonderful. Would go again but have many other trips in mind..

They need to have the wash machine replaced! It sounded like it was on its last leg. The property manager was really good to us. The toaster broke and within a hour we had a new one.

We had an amazing visit to Key West! We arrived a few days after Tropical Storm Ian. The streets of Key West had some storm damage, but once we opened the door to 1800 Atlantic, paradise awaited us! The pictures on VRBO of the condo didn't compare to the tropical beauty that awaited us. The condo was brilliantly decorated, impeccably clean and the scenery from every window was of a Caribbean retreat. We were supplied all the beach towels, beach toys, pots, pans etc.. that we needed for our two-week stay. We and our sons and their families loved the wrap around porch. We all delighted in the morning sunrises, evening sunsets and listening to the waves as they belted upon the rocks. We all loved the pool, weight room, barbeque area and surprisingly a library. We visit Key West yearly and we plan to book the condo again.

We’ve been to Key West 4x now and this was by far our favorite condo in 1800 Atlantic. Each bedroom had amazing views. The property was clean, well stocked and well furnished. The only item I’d call out is all 3 tubs are very tall entry. It was a bit difficult for 2 of us - 1 with recent knee replacement and 1 with hip replacement over the last year. It would be wonderful to have 1 low entry shower for seniors or those with issues. Brad was wonderful to work with and even accommodated our Amazon delivery ahead of our visit.

Beautiful condo with 3 ocean front bedroom views! Very spacious for 6 adults. Easy access to the pool area. The pool and foliage around the condo was gorgeous! Very close to Higgs Beach and Smathers Beach. I highly recommend!

overall was a good place to stay. Views from the deck are fantastic and overall living space is good. Recommendations would be more pots/pans in kitchen, better mattresses for bedrooms. Didn't appreciate the maximum AC setting could only be 72 degrees.

Some properties advertise ocean view, but it’s still far away. This place is truly on the beach. Very modern accommodation, excellent place for the 3 couples to gather and stay.

Beautiful property with great views in great location. Clean and well-appointed. Loved it! Issues: Sink in middle bathroom has a stopper that neither closes nor opens. Bottom drawer of Armoire in North bedroom is broken so it cannot be opened. Each bathroom could use one more roll of TP. Had to juggle TP back & forth between 3 bathrooms to make it through a week.

My husband and I vacation with two other couples and this was the most perfect condo for Our trip. It had everything we could ask for and the most comfortable couch! We especially enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and the pool and hot tub. The sunsets and sunrises from the balcony cannot be beat! Brad was super helpful and informative and we could not have asked for better hosts. We will definitely stay here again on return trips!

Location of this condo was great, about a block from Smathers Beach. Very nice first floor corner unit right on the beach with great ocean views. Quiet property with a nice pool. Loved that we were far enough from the crowds but close enough to walk to Duval Street, the Southernmost Point and just about anywhere else we wanted to go. Feels like you are no more than 2 miles from any destination. We would definitely stay here again.

There were 4 girls in the age range 45-52yrs old. Overall, I must say that the highlight of our KW visit was the condo! We stayed for a week and most nights, we stayed out on the balcony looking at the water, beautiful sky and during the say, we could see manatees. The location was great for us because you were far enough away from all the 'action' but close enough within a 5min drive to anywhere we wanted to go. Also Bradley was AMAZING from day 1! He was always available for questions and such a sweet person. I would definitely stay here again and will suggest it to others! Thank you to the building manager who helped us with getting in to the building and providing us binoculars :)

It is prettier in person than the photos. Very clean and spacious, beautifully decorated but my only suggestion would be it needs more pots and pans for cooking. The pool was big with lots of chairs and never a problem to find one. We would definitely rent this until again.
