This is an entire, private, luxurious home that is so much better than a hotel room, condo or an apt at a value price! Stay safe having the entire house for you and your family only. We have considered every detail, including both large and small items, to accommodate every new guest. These include significant features such as the Nest Thermostat, a new washer and dryer, and remote entry, as well as smaller items like new shampoo, conditioner, soap, and coffee, among others. To ensure your comfort, we have installed a powerful central air system that will keep you and your family cool after an exciting day at Disneyland and the beaches. Additionally, we have recently installed a tankless water heater, guaranteeing that you will never run out of hot water. Unlike traditional water heater tanks that are limited by their size, a tankless water heaters can provide a continuous supply of hot water for your entire family. Furthermore, our property is powered by renewable solar energy, allowing you to enjoy a guilt-free experience while keeping the house temperature as cool as you desire. This home is a single family residence, single level duplex house. Guests will have access to entire inside of the house. The only areas that are shared spaces is the backyard and washer & dryer (located outside, in the backyard). Check in is anytime after 4 pm. The entrance door is equipped with a keypad for easy, self check-in and access during your stay. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTES, GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS. No birthday parties or daytime kids' birthday parties as well. This neighborhood is quiet, family friendly, and the houses are located close together. I want to be considerate of my neighbors, not allow any gatherings, and take up neighborhood parking spaces. Please do not ask for an exception. Exterior security cameras will be used to monitor parties or event activities. I am severely allergic to pets and animal dander. I am not able to host any pets, including emotional support animals and/or service animal. Thank you for your understanding. This house is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, Keurig coffee pods, creamer, sugar, and tea. The kitchen is equipped with cups, plates, pots, frying pans, and cooking utensils. However, the kitchen is not supplied with cooking oil, butter, olive oil, condiments, etc. Not providing these items help keep the kitchen extremely clean for every new guests. The only seasoning that is provided is the salt and pepper.

We liked the home. It was clean and well appointed. BUT, the property manager sent us very specific instructions about parking prior to check in that ended in us receiving a parking ticket. When we messaged him we received no acknowledgement at all (even though he had been messaging us back and forth prior to this). Super crappy that he gave us specific instructions for parking, we followed exactly what he said, and it resulted in a parking ticket. There are not other options for parking either since he states that there is no driveway or garage parking.

We stayed for three nights when we went to Disneyland. It's a short drive to the park. Good quiet neighborhood, grocery, Target, and Costco very close. The neighborhood has an awkward no parking on fridays for street cleaning. We were told to park on the side street on friday and we were ticketed anyway. The owner responded quickly and paid for the ticket. There are always problems with these type of rentals, the real measure is how well the owner takes care of the problems and this owner resolved it quickly. This is a good comfortable stay.

The home was beautiful and close to many attractions. The only cons that can easily be fixed is the cleanliness such as spider webs in many places, plants, pictures, fixtures, the picnic table out back and the cleaning crew could just take a few extra minutes to cater to this beautiful home… I’m the morning, it took at least a half hour to get hot water, but once hot it didn’t go cold. Night 1 we was awaken by 2 males entering our rental. Scary….. however we didn’t lock the door unbenounced to us, they were renting the house connected.

This house was very comfortable and easy to stay in. Only 5 miles from Disneyland (which is why we choose this house) and was perfectly located near a nice grocery store, gas station and restaurants. The house was spacious enough for us all to be comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was very communicative the entire time making sure we didn’t have any issues. Check in and out was very easy also. Next time we head back down to Disneyland, I will try to stay here again.

Overall, my family experience at this rental was nothing but great! Jimmy’s home felt like home away from home! The home is in a great neighborhood. The home was clean and spacious with beautiful upgrades. I loved the space my kids had to run around rather than if we stayed in a hotel. Jimmy communication was great. He had checked in just to make sure everything was going well, and he also stopped by to fix a minor equipment right away. This vacation home was well worth the money! You won’t regret it! Thanks Jimmy!

This home is great for families and made our visit to Disneyland very easy with its proximity to the park. It is well-taken care of and has all the essential amenities. Although, it shares a backyard with another unit- we were never uncomfortable or aware of others in the space. Jimmy had great communication and easy-to-follow directions.

We stayed here because of the proximity to Disneyland. It was clean and updated. Some of the updates were still in progress like patched holes in the master bedroom, but it was not an issue. Plenty of room for 5 of us. The backyard was nice and fenced in. Location was great. The host Jimmy was very easy to communicate with and messaged us during or stay to make sure we were comfortable. Overall a great experience.

We were not aware that the house actually contains two units until closer to our stay. There was some noise; however, Jimmy reached out, and we were able the address our concerns. It is a nice house with the images reflecting the space.

Very nice property and host. He worked with us the entire stay . Had some family fly home to Cali so we all gathered to here. The excitement level was high so we we’re a little on the noisy side but the host kept us together. Will definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get away for a nice relaxing quiet vacation
