Very spacious and plenty of room for up to a group of 8 people. Experience the ultimate luxury of this exclusive, fully private home, located within a short distance of Disneyland, with less than a 5-mile commute. Indulge in the comfort and opulence of this spacious home, surpassing the standards of a typical hotel room, condominium, or apartment, all at an exceptional value. Enjoy the convenience of having the entire stylish house exclusively for you and your family's use. We have considered every detail, including both large and small items, to accommodate every new guest. These include significant features such as the Nest Thermostat, a new washer and dryer, and remote entry, as well as smaller items like new shampoo, conditioner, soap, and coffee, among others. To ensure your comfort, we have installed a powerful central air system that will keep you and your family cool after an exciting day at Disneyland and the beaches. Additionally, we have recently installed a tankless water heater, guaranteeing that you will never run out of hot water. Unlike traditional water heater tanks that are limited by their size, a tankless water heaters can provide a continuous supply of hot water for your entire family. This home is a single family residence, single level duplex house. Guests will have access to entire inside of the house. The only areas that are shared spaces is the backyard and washer & dryer (located outside, in the backyard). Check in is anytime after 4 pm. The entrance door is equipped with a keypad for easy, self check-in and access during your stay. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTES, GATHERINGS, OR EVENTS. No birthday parties or daytime kids' birthday parties as well. This neighborhood is quiet, family friendly, and the houses are located close together. I want to be considerate of my neighbors, not allow any gatherings, and take up neighborhood parking spaces. Please do not ask for an exception. Exterior security cameras will be used to monitor parties or event activities. I am severely allergic to pets and animal dander. I am not able to host any pets, including emotional support animals and/or service animal. Thank you for your understanding. This house is equipped with a Keurig coffee machine, Keurig coffee pods, creamer, sugar, and tea. The kitchen is equipped with cups, plates, pots, frying pans, and cooking utensils. However, the kitchen is not supplied with cooking oil, butter, olive oil, condiments, etc. Not providing these items help keep the kitchen extremely clean for every new guests. The only seasoning that is provided is the salt and pepper.

We stayed here as a family of 6, and this was a wonderful place to rest and relax after a long day at Disneyland. Only 10 minutes away from the park, the house was clean and well lit, the beds were very comfortable, and the neighborhood was very quiet. Jimmy was a great host, and checked in with us regularly to make sure we were doing well. Check in and out was easy, and it was a great experience overall.

Everything went very smoothly. Jimmy was great about communicating with us, the house was lovely, plenty of room for 6 adults. The neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely stay there again!

The home was as pictured...very clean, spacious, and everything in working order. I typically clean the moment that I arrive at a vacation rental home. I literally stop on the way from the airport to get cleaning supplies. This home was very clean. I still did my cleaning routine, but there were no dirty clorox wipes. The host/owner (Jimmy) was very proactive with communication prior to our arrival and during our stay. The check-out process was very smooth. Jimmy was very helpful in recommending good beaches for us to visit. Those suggestions were a hit with my family. I would stay in this home again or at another property owned by Jimmy.

We had a good stay at this beautiful and very clean home. It looks just like the photos. The beds were good and everything was comfortable. It is in a convenient location (but near a busy road) a few miles from Disneyland. Street parking was easy. The host reached out to make sure everything was okay. My only suggestion would be to provide a little more soap in the bathrooms.

Our family with two kids, stayed for five days. Everything was well managed and placed as seen in the pictures. Jimmy's feedback was just great. He answers, and cares 24 hours! Will come back again next time.

We've stayed in many rentals through VRBO this is by far the best one we've stayed in. Very clean & cute! Jimmy (owner) did message us prior to arrival to let us know that the refrigerator was not working, but he bought 2 mini fridges & a deep freezer. I was worried that it wouldn't fit enough food, but they were perfect! The A/C, washer & dryer were top notch! I asked for a late checkout (15 mins) as were extremely exhausted from Disney & he didn't mind at all. This rental is also very close to Disney. I think it took us less than 10 minutes to get there. This was our first time to Disneyland as we are a WDW family & this home made our trip wonderful!

Home looked nice but was not stocked at all. Quality of bedding and cleanliness was subpar. Outside of the house was unkept and refrigerator wasn’t working. When asked about it we were told it wouldn’t be working and that’s why there was a mini fridge in the kitchen eating area. This was after we purchased foo that was in the fridge while we were gone all day.

This home is super-comfortable for kicking off your shoes and relaxing after long days in the parks. All the basics are supplied (including coffee, soaps, paper products, etc. - and there are plenty of stores nearby to get whatever else you might need. I gave 4/5 stars for location only because you MUST drive to the parks... so maybe a disadvantage if you want to walk back and forth. In general, though, a great home and a good value!

Our family had a great stay. The house was clean and comfy. Everything was perfect until the fridge stopped working. Jimmy was very responsive, brought us a mini fridge and got a repairman out immediately. Back to perfect! Ten minutes to Disney. Everything felt clean and cozy. Stay here! It's nice!

My family stayed at this property while attending our daughter’s graduation. Everything was perfect! Check in was simple, the home was well-appointed, and it was probably the cleanest rental that we stayed at. Jimmy answered texts within minutes and even checked in with us to make sure all was well. I highly recommend this rental and would gladly stay again while we are in town.

I was delightfully surprised with this house. The space was very aesthetically pleasing and as pictured. Check in and check out was very easy and the house itself is such a great space to entertain. We spent the night here before celebrating a bride to be at Disneyland and the location to the park was so convenient. We had a little hiccup on our part and one of our dinner guests couldn’t drive home so Jimmy was extremely nice and responsive, allowing them to stay the night even though it was one person over the max guest limit. The only thing that was missing was extra linens but all the beds had everything you needed anyways.

The property was very clean and the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet, considering there's a main street nearby. Parking was just around the side of the house on the side street. My wife was impressed with the tileworks in the kitchen and the master bathroom.

This is a great house is a great location if visiting the local theme parks. The house was 5/10 minutes from groceries stores, restaurants and anything else you could need. The host was super responsive as well. We will be looking to book again next time!

Jimmy was a great host to work with. The home was recently renovated within and it is modern with nice touches. Checking in was fairly easy, and the drive to Disneyland was close. I did not encounter any problems throughout my stay. Would definitely recommend it!
