De communicatie op voorhand, het onthaal en de rondleiding.
Aangezien er een grote brand was in Gironde en rond Bordeaux, werd onze gereserveerde kamer aan anderen gegeven.
Maar we mochten in de grote gite slapen, dus we vonden het een mooi gebaar van de eigenares dat ze een oplossing voor ons zocht.
De rondleiding in de gite was ook in orde.
Sanitair was wat ouderwets, kleine douche, maar alles was er, dus was geen zo'n minpunt.

The location was great, very peaceful and the family very helpful.
Facilities not great and in some cases not as listed. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, just a dispenser in the shower when it had said free toiletries. The pillows were not comfortable.
There was not a coffee machine as promised and just a few random teabags. It would have been a nice touch to have been left some milk in the fridge perhaps.
There were no teaspoons or bowls etc for preparing anything in the microwave.
The breakfast was adequate but my husband is vegan (which I had notified in advance and had been ok'd) but all he was given was yoghurt and rice cakes.
On a different note we had water pouring in through the top of our bedroom window during a storm which soaked the floor, curtain and chair by the window. The owner said she had been told it was fixed, but obviously not.
