This place was wonderful. Great location. Couldn’t have asked for a better condo! Would definitely look into staying here again!!

It was very convenient to stores and restaurants and a bit of a walk to the beach. It would have been helpful to have a tutorial about how to use the trolleys.

Visited the long weekend for the 4th of July for our first vacation away since the pandemic. Started with just myself and my boyfriend, added some friends for a few days, and then ended with ourselves and our 2 children. Weather did not cooperate, however, this was the perfect place and it didn't ruin our time. Cute beach condo, perfect location and plenty of space for all. Hosts were extremely responsive. We will be back.

The location worked for us, but the condo was a bit dark and depressing and had no place to hang wet towels and bathing suits.

Upon arrival, it was clear that the photos and reviews shown online did not accurately reflect the space or condition of the property. There were no towels or hand towels, the closets were broken and full of miscellaneous items, it was dimly lit, and description of “porch”/outdoors area was very misleading. In reaching out to the property owners about these discrepancies, we were dismissed with no offer of resolution.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable for our party of 3. We had a couple of hot humid days so we really appreciated the A/C. As someone who has asthma and is sensitive to scents, and mold, this condo was terrific, I especially liked the tile floors throughout and experienced no issues with my asthma. Convenient to the grocery store and great restaurants, a short drive to Kennebunkport and Ogunquit, and of course Wells Beach is right down the road. Really enjoyed watching the sunrises from there. Also enjoyed shopping at the local shops. Recommend a visit to the Marginal Way in Ogunquit and a scenic boat cruise along the shore.Joseph and Havah were great hosts, great communicators, responding very quickly to any questions we had and they were very gracious to me when I accidentally broke the TV. We greatly appreciated the way they went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. Definitely recommend this location.

The condo was as described and we had a great stay. If we decide to go back to Maine we hope to stay here again. It was in close proximity to Wells beach and route 1. Thanks Rick

We had a lovely stay. The condo was in a perfect location. Close to the beach and right near a grocery store. The place was very clean. Neighbors were nice and it seemed very safe. The beds were very comfortable. We were also able to cook meals in the kitchen. On the porch there was a nice table that was perfect for breakfast outside. Havah was excellent at communicating and always responded within minutes. We will definitely be coming back next year. Thanks!

Great quietness, central location. Only issue was couldn't get tv to function, and mattresses were low quality.....making them less than ideal.

The condo was comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed to make simple meals. The outside porch was nice to sit on in the evenings. The owners were super quick to respond to questions and even request for getting into the condo early. It was a perfect week, lots to do within a short distance walk. Thanks so much for everything.

The rental was clean, bright and well stocked with all the conveniences. There was no central air conditioning, and although there was a portable A/C unit that we couldn't figure out how to install in a window, we still had a great stay. The town was lively and the neighbors were friendly and helpful with information about the area. Our favorite stop was at the Scoop Deck for ice cream treats, as well as the Maine Diner featured in "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives." The owners were very understanding when we accidentally left with the parking permit still on our dashboard and had to drop it back off. They were helpful and ready to address any questions or issues we had. I would rent this property again.

Our visit to the area of Wells was very nice. Our location, close to stores,restaurants, beach and ocean was very nice. We were pleased to be able to bicycle and go fishing and enjoy many special spots in the area. Our hosts made sure our condo unit had all we might need for the week.

We love wells. We will be back for sure!

What a lovely little condo. It was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room, clean, great location. Close to food store yet quiet. This was my first time using VRBO and I would use it again. We had a great time. thank you to Havah and Joe for making our stay so comfortable. We will come back and recommend your place most definitely.

Property close to beach and trolley car line (blue) close to grocery store and many restaurants , right in the middle of York Beach and Old Orchard Beach

We so enjoyed our stay in this beach themed condo. The condo itself was clean and very nicely decorated and the location was great! We were close to some yummy restaurants and the beach was right down the road! Also walkable to the grocery store which was great for cooking. The condo was a nice size for my husband and I and two kids and we would highly recommend a vacation here.

the condo is a perfect size for 3 people, matresses in the 2nd bedroom are lumpy, needs a shade in the window. Master bedroom is beautifully decorated, love the colors throughout the condo. . Would like to see a clock on the living room wall, few more mirrors, a few good hooks on the walls for towels and such, ceiling fans, and better air conditioning. I suggest, most importantly, a nice patio table with chairs to enjoy the wonderful outdoors! You can't beat the location to the beach, all and all a very nice stay and I would highly recommend this condo.

My family of 5 had a great time in Wells Beach. The condo was clean and quiet. There was plenty of space for our children, and they had their own tv at night. We spent most days at the beach, except for one rainy day at the movies (which was a 10 minute walk behind the condo). We'll definitely rent this condo again next Summer. The Foley Family

Lovely beach condo. Close to the beach with a marsh view. Clean and tidy as well. My wife and I always escape to Maine in May, we had the town to ourselves!

Pictures are not showing the car parking located between grass area and at 4 feet from door entrance. Place was clean but not functionnal at all. No fan in kitchen , Cooking pans need to be replace ( no more coating Inside). No table with chairs in kitchen ( we borrowed outside units from absent neigbour), In the room with two beds, old TV set shoud be discard to increase space & curtains has to be replace ( too much light coming in), Shower plumbery should be realign for people less than 6 feet hight, Distance to the beach is 5 minutes drive not walk We rent for 5 days & quit the forth day being happy to leave Will not recommend this place for vacations at Wells Danielle , Solange & Jean
