We did notice a few insects, which we understand may be due to the natural environment surrounding the resort.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel manager and the restaurant manager both made points of checking in with us during our stay to make sure we were happy which was a very nice touch. The rooms were beautifully designed and spotlessly clean. The food was fantastic and the spa treatments were excellent.
I can’t think of a single thing that I didn’t like.

The bar staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were absolutely incredible. They went beyond the call of duty to make our stay so special.
The food is some of the best my partner and I have eaten at any hotel worldwide ever - truly, truly special.
The location is incredible; close to the beach but gives the feel of being tucked away in your own jungle paradise.
While the majority of staff were amazing, the staff at the front desk were not very accommodating and their communication wasn’t great.
The tours offered are exorbitantly expensive compared to the price if you were to book things yourself.

Nothing everything was great! Just they should keep private pools more clean
