Big rooms at a reasonable price. The staff are very friendly and responsive. I had an issue with the bathroom, and once it was communicated, they addressed it within an hour which I appreciate.
The room requires a little more maintenance. The main door quality was not good - it was very tight and difficult to open and close. There was no tissue box in the room. Toothbrushes and toothpaste were also not available, although these are common facilities in many hotels. The surroundings, particularly the beach next to the hotel, could have been kept more organized.

We were upgraded to the ocean suite which was spectacular, with stunning views, a lovely balcony and was huge. Everyone told us it was off season but we had great weather. Did some surfing with sudda next door who was fantastic and was perfectly placed to head into Marissa or weligama we preferred Marissa for eating out.
The pool tiles need some attention although they were looking at this while we were there

Great location right on the beach. Between Mirissa and weligama. Short tuk tuk ride to both.
Had an issue with leaking air con unit.

This is my second stay at the hotel, in April 2025 and May 2026. The location is suitable for me, calm, and offers a nice view.
The breakfast is still the same as last year, with no changes.
