Centrally located in Salerno.
Very small room. 1 person bed.
It was a self check-in, quite cumbersome. Very late notice of the code, so quite stressing. I had to do the booking of the parking myself.
No welcoming by host at arrival, which could have saved a lot of effort for me as the customer, but at departure, when no help was needed, the host was present!
Very strict cleaning hours/rules.
Bottomline, not very customer friendly.

My room was lovely, it had everything I needed and was incredibly clean!
It was a bit confusing to get to because Apple Maps and google maps sent me in opposite directions but Sonia was very helpful! The walls and roof were very very thin, the upstairs neighbours were running around a lot and it was quite loud, but nothing too bad.

It was spacious, great location & very homey.
The plumbing system was quite loud so you could hear toilets flushing/ showers from other rooms.
