Everything was very nice and we had a wonderful stay in Salerno. The location is unbeatable right in the heart of Salerno. Yet very quiet.
The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable.
Communication could be improved - I did not always get timely responses to my inquiries before check-in which felt uncomfortable

Host was very helpful, easy straight forward access to the property. Breakfast included was very nice from the cafe next door. The room itself was very modern and clean.
The room we were allocated to was unfortunately very noisy. Although it was not clear on the layout of the other rooms it appeared that we were next to another bedroom’s bathroom. The soundproofing was poor enough that every flush, tap, light switch flick and cough could be heard. Furthermore entry to the property itself could be heard with each arrival.
The glazing of the bedroom window was also thin enough that we could hear activity in the side street quite clearly.
This led to two out of fours nights being poor for sleep as the noise went on throughout the night.
