Good property. Good location. Easy walk to beach, Booty Treats ice cream, coffeehouses, Christmas Mouse. Shopping and restaurants all in close distance to the property, but the house has everything you'll need if you plan to cook at home. The pool is a great alternative for swimming and laying out too. Sunrises and moonrises were awesome in September. The location was great!

We had the best time at ‘Off the Hook’. Not only was the decor adorable, but it was spotless! I have used VRBO to book most of our beach rentals. Normally I spent the first few hours having to clean and wipe down the house (total clean freak here!). Jessica’s home was the first one that I did not feel like I had to. It was spotless!! It had everything we needed and I was really able to relax the first moment we arrived. Jessica herself was also lovely, she was incredibly responsive. Best rental at the beach!

Our family had a wonderful vacation in OBX and enjoyed staying at Off the Hook. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool and the beach which is right across the street. The home had everything we needed and was very clean and well maintained. Jessica was also very helpful and prompt with her responses. Highly recommend Off the Hook!

Off the Hook was the perfect fit for our family OBX trip. We arrived to find a very clean and organized beach house that more than exceeded our needs and expectations. The family room/large kitchen/dining room combo was perfect for us to mingle, eat and play games. We also loved the pool on warmer days when it was too hot to go to the beach. The house had many areas to relax in the sun or shade, and to find time to yourself away from others if needed. We have no complaints at all. We loved this home and look forward to a return trip soon. There are many things to do in the area. Our teens enjoyed mini golf and trips to Booty Treats for ice cream. Thanks again for a great family beach week.

My granddaughters said it was the best vacation ever. House was really nice. Just a simple walk to beach. Had 3 good days on beach then the rain came, but can't control that, so we found other things to do. Swimming pool was the greatest. Nice size.

Jessica is a delight to work with and Off the Hook was perfect for our family. The home was clean, spacious, and appointed perfectly. Beach access right across the street was convenient and the pool was great when everyone needed a break from the sand. We can’t wait to come back!

My husband, daughter and my 15 yr. old grandson had an awesome week at “Off the Hook”! There was nothing we wanted for there. Really, had I know what was furnished by the owner, I really could have just bought groceries and left other essentials at home because everything was there!
This beach home is above awesome and I mean that from my heart! I am a neatness and cleanliness “old lady” 😀 and “Off the Hook” was that kind of a home! Just unpack your clothes and be ready for a carefree and relaxing week.
Thank you Jessica for sharing your awesome beach home with my family. We hope to return there next summer. Until then, wishing you beautiful sunrises, sunsets and fun in and on the water!

This was our very first trip to OBX, could not have asked for a better place to stay, Jessica was a wonderful Host, did not need for anything at the house, beach is a very short walk, pool was refreshing, the outdoor shower is a plus...no complaints what so ever about our stay.

Beautiful home!
Off the Hook is such a beautiful home! The beach decor in this home is so pretty, furniture is very comfortable and the house was so well stocked, especially in the kitchen. There’s some great stores within walking distance and the beach access is very close (though the dunes will give you a good leg workout!). The pool was very clean and we greatly enjoyed it every day. There was plenty of space for the 10 of us and we loved our stay! Jessica was a wonderful host!

Off the Hook is off the hook!!!
We LOVE Off the Hook. It’s one of our happy places without a doubt. This was our 3rd stay now and it was perfect as alway! The owner is absolutely amazing and makes the stay even more welcoming. We’ll be back next year if dates line up for us and if not, we’ll look forward to being back in 2024. We are Off the Hook regulars for as long as they’ll have us. Can’t wait for our next stay already.

This property was amazing. Everything was perfectly decorated and had a great view to the beach. Having a private pool was great too with kids! I would definitely recommend this property to others.

However the owners of this place are very strict on cleanness so if you have kids I wouldn't recommend this house. Some small things seem to cause issues and you will be charged damage fees. Other than that it was a nice stay.

I've stayed at a lot of places in the area. They were all good, but 'Off the Hook' was great. The property is clean, well maintained, excellent layout with a large family room on the top floor connected to a well equipped kitchen. The pool is nice, and the property is extremely close to the beach.

Your gonna want to stay here! This house is beautiful, clean, and accommodated all age groups. The location is closer to the beach than the pictures. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and the comfort of home vibes.

Wonderful Stay for family - location and amenities made everyone happy!
I have a family which has a range of ages and interests: surfing/pool/shopping/reading…everyone was happy with this well-appointed, charming home steps from the beach. The pool was perfect for my small grandchildren, while my surfer son hit the waves anytime he could. The rooms were very comfortable- loved the mattresses! Kitchen was well-equipped, and there were plenty of decks/ places to relax and read. It’s in the Arts District of Nags Head, with my wife’s favorite shop next door…but everything is convenient..you don’t have to venture on the bypass, as grocery, restaurants, shops etc.. are within walking/biking/golf cart distance…very convenient part of the OBX…Excellent stay!!
