Description
This modern fully self contained 3 bedroom holiday home suitable for couples and families .
Entry level comprises 3 double bedrooms,main bathroom,seperate W/C and laundry.
Two bedrooms have split system heating/cooling.
The 3rd has ceiling sweep fan.
Upstairs open plan living incl. lounge, opening to spacious elevated deck with superb sea views,outdoor dining and Weber BBQ, updated kitchen (d/washer,MWO) and adjoining dining area .
Lower ground floor with second bathroom and T.V. room-large flat screen and combustion heater.
A viewing lounge was completed 06/22, upstairs from the kitchen/dining area. This air conditioned room captures the morning sun with great vistas in all directions.
Fully fenced yard with spacious native landscaped surrounds, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.
Situated in quiet cul-de-sac, 5min stroll to surf/swimming/fishing, tavern and general store.
New carport adjoining entrance door.
Guest Information.
Doonas are provided but guests must provide their own linen and towels.
There are two Queen size beds and one Double bed.
Reverse cycle heating/cooling to open plan living/kitchen, and 2 bedrooms.
New washing machine available. Iron and ironing board.
Well stocked pantry with condiments in refrigerator.
We have FREE WiFi
Plenty of off street parking.
As this is a family home we do not accept bookings for schoolies.

This is such a lovely house. It is very clean and well cared for and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. we enjoyed the short walk to the safe swimming beaches. and the different living spaces were perfect for our family with adult children. We will stay again.

Located in a quiet court, this spacious, comfortable home is meticulously clean, with excellent appliances and generously stocked pantry and fridge. Sea views from the two upstairs lounge areas, the sound of the waves at night and Australian native garden make for a relaxing stay. The friendly hosts provided excellent information before our stay and a warm welcome. We look forward to staying at this lovely home in Cape Patterson when we next visit.

Our first holiday since Covid began. Lovely clean, tidy house with a beautiful view to the water from the spacious deck. There was everything we needed and more. Was hoping for a chilly night so we could light a fire but the weather was very good to us. The meals at the Tavern just a short stroll away were very good and we utilized the BBQ and had a lovely dinner out on the deck with a few wines. We took lots of lovely drives around the area, saw places we hadn"t been to before and it was a so nice to come back and relax here.
