Please consider travel insurance for refunds outside of our cancellation window and carefully read what is covered prior to purchase. * When you stay at this amazing architecturally designed home, you will be steps from beautiful Tamarack Beach and 50 yards from Agua Hedionda lagoon and trails. This property offers multiple outdoor spaces and features a rooftop deck complete with cozy seating, fire ring and Jacuzzi. Spacious private master suite with King memory foam bed,2 sided gas fireplace, and sitting area. Bedroom 2 has Queen memory foam bed. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed. Loft area has full fold out sofa. Restaurants, Carlsbad Village as well as boardwalk are all an easy walk. Delightful sea breezes, but has A/C if needed. Beautiful sunset views in a quiet friendly neighborhood! Rates are subject to change until rates are confirmed. House Rules: No outside activities or noise after 9 pm on weeknights and between the hours of 10 pm and 9 am on weekends. *The premises shall be used as a three (3) bedroom residence with no more than 7 people to occupy the house overnight during the rental period. *Trash & recyclables to be stored in bin provided in garage. Trash pick up days are early Monday morning. Please place cans on street Sunday evening and return after they have been emptied. *Parking to be in garage (1 small to medium car) or on street directly in front of house. Driveway must be kept clear at all times. *No smoking allowed in the house or on the grounds. Property Protection Insurance available. See description in attachments and contact me if interested for an invite to independent broker. *Check in time is 4:00 pm. *Check out time is 10:00 am.

We loved staying here. It was only a 15 minute walk to downtown Carlsbad and a block away from the beach. The place is clean and well stocked. Parking on the street was very easy. We will definitely stay here again.

My family and my children (all 18 yrs or older) and my mother in law spent an extended Easter weekend at this house. We have been to Carlsbad many times and loved this home and it’s location. The house has plenty of space for 6-7 adults. The house was clean and modern. It is close to Tamarach Beach. We walked down there every morning and even some evenings to watch the beautiful sunsets. We also walked to downtown Carlsbad several times and it an easy and flat one mile walk. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. We loved the hot tub on the roof and it worked great! We had an awesome stay and will be coming back to this house again.

This property could not have been more perfect for our Christmas away from home. The home is lovely, well appointed and stocked. The location is a short walk to the beach and village. The owners so very helpful. I would book again tomorrow if I could!

The house was beautiful and close to the beach. The host was helpful and we enjoyed our stay. The only critique was the place had a few ants and the housekeepers were running late but we still made the best of it! Thank you

Lovely home! Well appointed. Views are fantastic- rooftop offers ocean view as well as the master bedroom. So nice to sit on porches and take in the sun and ocean. Our favorite was sitting in the hot tub and watching the sun set over the ocean! Short walk to the beautiful and expansive beach. Close to the village as well. Highly recommend this gem!

This property in Carlsbad was amazing! It is a block up from Tamarack Beach, an easy 5 minute walk. The property is great, easily accommodating the 6 of us. The rooftop hot tub and sitting area overlooking the ocean was the favorite! Lorna made the check-in process seamless and always answered my questions quickly. She was very accommodating and helpful with advice regarding the house and area. I would highly recommend and we will be back! Thank you!
