In addition to a wonderfully supplied home with all the kitchen and bath and bedroom amenities you will need, we happily supply beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, umbrella and boogie boards. Our beach wagon is perfect for carting the kids for a picnic to the beach or going into the village area to our fun farmers market. The beachfront property has 3 King beds and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The living room is spacious with beautiful coastal decor. A beach view kitchen and dining from have endless ocean views. The kitchen i fully supplied so you can prepare gourmet meals. The world famous Carlsbad beach is right across the street and the adorable Village of Carlsbad is a quick stroll down the beachfront boardwalk. We have wonderful places to each and shop just a few minutes walk from the condo. The Carlsbad Flower Fields, Legoland, , Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park and much more are within easy striking distance. The Alga Community pool is nearby and kids will never want to leave, its an amazing water park. Lovely location overlooking the Carlsbad boardwalk along Carlsbad Blvd. Exceptionally clean, amenities galore, and amazing sunsets. Host provides everything needed for a relaxing stay AND the restaurant recommendations were spot-on. Three happy seniors were sorry to leave at the end of the week.

We 4 seniors stepped into the condo and saw the view - all 4 jaws dropped in awe! The ocean is absolutely gorgeous. A 180-degree panoramic, undisturbed, blue water spectacle greeted us. We loved everything about the condo- lots of room, very well-equipped, large fluffy towels, easy parking, close to great dining and shopping. We have stayed in many Carlsbad places, but we won’t forget this one!

Property was just like it looked on the website. So nice to wake up in the morning and see and hear the ocean. Great location to Village of Carlsbad. Clean, comfortable and spacious! Saundra was so nice to talk with and knowledgeable about the area. Would stay there again and again

My husband and I would definitely stay here again maybe bring the kids and grandkids next time ....beach and restaurants were walking distance .... It was so relaxing seeing and hearing the ocean

amazing property ......coffee on the balcony watching surfers, dolphins, pelicans people......everything u need for a day on the beach, towels boogie boards, umbrellas, etc...grilling dinner on the balcony....taking beach chairs back to the beach to watch the sun go down....shopping in the village.....dinner in oceanside and much more. Alicia, an employee who came to prepare the unit for the next group coming in, showed up as we were leaving. We will request her again if possible. what a delight and so helpful with our departure.

Our stay was wonderful and fun! This property fit our needs perfectly and was one of the best units ever rented on Vrbo. It was extremely clean and wonderfully stocked amenities. Even has an elevator, so no dragging stuf up flights of stairs. Convenient location to many areas. Owner was very nice and full of information on where to go and places to dine. Would definitely rent this unit again.

We had a wonderful experience staying in this condo. We traveled from Texas with our 5 year old and 2 year old. The condo was very family friendly with a pack n play, high chair, and all kinds of kitchen equipment. The condo has amazing views of the beach from almost every room in the house, we made wonderful memories together having breakfasts and dinners on the balcony patio overlooking the water. The house had easy access to the beach with lots of towels, beach toys, and beach equipment, which the kids enjoyed. We had a few problems with the a storm blowing out the motor of the elevator and a battery malfunction on the smoke detector, but the host was extremely responsive and generous in helping fix any and every problem. The location of the condo is very close and convenient not only to the beach, but to legoland, the safari park, la jolla, and the san diego zoo/sea world. It is also walking distance to many delicious restaurants. We would highly recommend this unit and cannot wait to come back and stay here again soon.

I wanted a house where I could see the ocean and this totally fit the bill. We even saw dolphins right out side our windows. The house is comfortable--good living room seating, good beds, table that accommodates a family, well-stocked kitchen. Great location.
