The photos on VRBO were out of date, the place was much nicer than the pictures posted. All new paint through out the house, new countertops, and new back splash in kitchen. They did a great job on the refresh. The house was very, very nice. Three large bedrooms, each with it's own full bathroom, plenty of room. A large kitchen with a Wolf oven/cook top, large prep counter/island with sink and seating area. A large bar counter with wine refrigerator and drink refrigerator, and any drink prep tools you would need. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, pots, baking dishes, serving trays, and more plates and bowls then a family would use in a day.The backyard has a nice patio with grill. The front yard has a small seating area by the front door. The house has patio off the upstairs area with a view to the ocean so you can sit out enjoying the view and the beautiful San Diego weather. Location was fantastic, three properties up from Carlsbad Blvd which borders the ocean beach. Walked to Carlsbad Village for food, drinks, Handel's (Ice Cream), it was close and an easy walk. Once we parked at the house, we did most of our local visiting on foot, only needing the car for San Diego Zoo, La Holla, and Torrey Pines. I would definitely recommend this house to 2-3 couples, or a large family.I dealt with Miguel at Casago, he was great. He answered all my questions and checked in with us after our arrival to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

Great location. Beautifully stocked home with kitchen fully equipped, lots of towels, great beach toys for use and pool r table for evening fun. Sunsets from the deck a bonus!
