Located in Carlsbad, this charming house for $685 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Bungalow-style beach home with outside hot tub jacuzzi only steps to a wonderful beach with perfect sand, available bathrooms, and showers. Short walk to the wonderfully charming Carlsbad Village with plenty of shops and restaurants! Surf it up, visit Legoland and the world-famous flower fields, or take a day trip to San Diego and Sea World! There's plenty to do all around, and even more if you're staying longer and willing to drive up to Orange County or LA. PERMIT #BLRE010683 The space: - 3 private bedrooms - Solar panels to completely power the house - Ice cold AC! - 3-4 person hot tub jacuzzi - Beach necessities: towels, umbrella, chairs, kid's toys, bodyboards Designed to perfection with an authentic beach-living vibe! 3Bd/2.5Ba with an office area, large kitchen/family room combo with TV, original wood plank flooring, on an oversized lot (7243 SF) with a private, quiet, tropical yard, with a huge covered patio to dine at, take a dip in the jacuzzi hot tub and relax - feels like paradise! The garden area is the coziest place in the world after a day at the beach. Other things to note Driveway parking for 3. There is an additional 1 bedroom guesthouse on the 2nd floor with its own bath and kitchen. For the time being, it is being rented out long-term to a working professional. The right parking spot on the lot is reserved for the tenant. You shouldn’t have any privacy issues as the guesthouse has a separate entrance along the side of the home, with the stairs leading upstairs outside in the backyard to the side. The two spaces are not connected internally, and the yard is private for guests of the large house only. There has never been a privacy issue or concern from our many past guests! Up to 2 pets are allowed with a $250 pet fee.

Our stay was wonderful! The house was very nice, three large bedrooms, nice big kitchen, the bathroom was nice and the beds were super comfy. We had seven people for Friendsgiving and we had everything we needed to cook. The house is just down the street from a beautiful beach that has a parking lot. Owners are very nice and very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

House was clean and well equipped. Located on a street with an I-5 exit. Easy access but a bit more traffic. The third bedroom seemed bright in the morning so a sleep mask might be a good idea. Short walk to the beach. Tolerable walk into town if one is in good shape. Good place for a family get together. No complaints about the house.

The property was perfect for my family of five and two dogs. It has a lush backyard that was perfect to relax in. The location was just a short walk from a beach spot that was great for surfing and swimming. Downtown was also close with either a five minute drive, 10 min bike ride or 25 walk. We would definitely stay again.

I stayed here with my 4 adult kids and my parents (in their 80's) joined us for a part of our stay as well. The home is great and has everything you need! I was worried it would not really be close enough to walk to the beach but it definitely is. My parents walked as well. Alex was quick to respond to any questions I had and was very nice and helpful My only critique would be the extra roll away beds are twins. My (big) kids would have liked some bigger beds, but that is no fault of the home! I could have brought an air mattress but didn't. There is lots of floor space. The AC works really well! The backyard and jacuzzi were wonderful. I would definitely stay again!!

Everything was clean and as described. We are a family with allergies to different detergents and scents- everything was clean and odorless. The beds were comfortable, the water was hot and the house was cold- vacationing at its best. Great location and lovely backyard space. Will be back.

There are tons of greats reviews of this house, and I agree with every single one. I do want to add one comment. The moment you walk into the house, you do not get a feeling that this is a rental property. The house has a very cozy feeling. It is very rare to find amount rentals properties. Highly recommend!

The rental is situated in an excellent location; only a block from the ocean, a couple of blocks from Carlsbad Village and close enough to any other amenities that we needed. The property is clean and spacious enough for my family to eat and relax, while our young children played in the backyard. Overall, a great experience.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this rental. Truly one of the best houses we've stayed in. The beach was the easiest of walks for both grandparents and our young children (ages 6 and under). We also walked into the village for breakfast one time. It was a longer walk (google said 25min), but you walk along the coastal rail paved trail and it is a very lovely walk. The house is comfortable and the back garden is SPECTACULAR. Rent this house, do it, you will not be sorry.

We enjoyed everything about this property! It was clean, comfortable, nice linens and beds.and the kitchen was well stocked. The backyard is beautiful. Alex was quick to respond to any communication. We had an absolutely amazing time at this Carlsbad beach house. The location can't be beat...just a short walk down to Tamarack Beach. The house itself was even better than we imagined! Three large bedrooms and three bathrooms gave our family plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have ever seen...anything you could possibly need! The backyard was a relaxing oasis with tons of fun extras...hammocks, hot tub, multiple seating areas and such beautiful greenery! The house was equipped with more than enough beach gear including towels, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, boogey boards, etc. Communication was outstanding. Our host messaged back right away whenever we had a question. Would definitely recommend! We will be back!

Such a cute cottage just couple minutes walk to the beach. I especially love the garden. The mature trees and plants are so beautiful. It's such a peaceful place to relax and disconnect. The house is super clean and comfortable. My kids liked it here. My only con is the front room doesn't have the same vibe/decor as the rest of the house. Other than that it was perfect. There's a plethora of pillows. Beds were comfy. The kitchen is stocked with all you need. The driveway is so convenient to park in the front. My only regret is not staying longer. We stayed at Legoland for a couple days prior and probably should've just booked here our whole stay in California. I highly recommend this place.

The home exceeded our expectations; it was clean, spacious and exactly as described. Home is walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. We loved the privacy of the backyard with the spa and bbq area. Great space to disconnect and relax. Couldn’t have asked for a better location to spend our spring break with our kids re-connecting.

This was one of the best vacation rentals I have ever stayed at …. And I have stayed at many. The location couldn’t have been better…. Just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach!! Alex had all the beach stuff we needed. The house was sparking clean and absolutely adorable. The kitchen was super stocked with everything re: dishes, pots and pans, utensils, spices. The beds were extremely cozy and comfortable! There were plenty of towels, many blankets, and pillows. The backyard was a beautiful oasis with a very clean spa. What a special place to spend time with family!
