The Neighborhood: This small pocket of Carlsbad west of the 5 Freeway is in the highly sought after Coastal Zone. Our home is less than 5 blocks from the stunningly beautiful Tamarack Beach. A short less than 7 minute walk, Tamarack or Carlsbad State Beach is perfect for families, surfers and those who are looking to simply relax. There is also a large parking lot on the beach where families can also park if you'd like to drive instead. Everything you need is right there, Vons supermarket is across the street as well as a gas station and a brand new Starbucks coffee shop. You can walk everywhere and drive when desired with easy in and out access to the freeway and side streets. Getting Around: This location is hard to beat. Walking distance to many of Carlsbad's best features, it is also very easy to get Ubers or use the brand new bikes at our home, making it very easy to get to the beach, local bars and restaurants. There is an additional fee for any approved events. - Only the guests on the booked reservation are allowed at the house. No additional guests and/or visitors are allowed at the house unless approved in advance. - We've created gorgeous and welcoming space for friends and family to relax and be together. Our home is not a party house. We ask guest to respect our home, our lovely neighborhood and our neighbors during their stay. - We expect and require our guests to respect our quiet hours starting at 10 PM. If you intend to make excessive noise, and are not able to follow our quiet hours of 10 PM, this is not the right property for you.
