Absolutely the best location close to Denia centre.
Fab shaded front balcony views of pool for morning coffee or Gin o'clock.
Watched Saturday evening rugby match in sports stadium from sunny rear balcony.
Our grandkids loved the pool and the 6 year old coped with walking to the beach or into town to explore the castle.
Well appointed kitchen, tasteful lounge decor, with plenty of space for 6 of us.
Master bedroom spacious, good storage, comfortable bed and good ensuite.
Friendly neighbours and quiet after dark.
Do to a snoring issue I tested the beds in the 2nd bedroom after the family had returned home.
The mattress was good quality and comfortable, but I saw no reason to have narrow pull-out beds in such a large room with a decent ensuite. The bed I slept in was uncomfortable due to the narrow raised wooden sides. If I had paid a half share of the apartment cost and had drawn the 2nd bedroom, I would have scored it a 6.
Some of the crockery was chipped and looked tatty.
Kitchen utensils weren't adequate - the spatula wasn't strong enough to flip a tortilla.
BBQ is no longer in place and now banned by the Communidad.

Las zonas comunes están muy bien y limpias. El anfitrión es muy amable y atento y te facilita mucho todo.
Lo que nos nos gustó del piso, que simplemente son cosas a mejorar, es por un lado la limpieza: encontramos manchas, pelos, suciedad de antiguos huéspedes, hasta mosquitos muertos contra la pared. Se notaba que se había limpiado por arriba por así decir. La ropa de cama y toallas podría renovarse también, que se nota muy usada. Y sobre todo sugerimos que se haga un mantenimiento general. Hay cosas como los aires acondicionados que hacen ruido, los desagües están tapados, etc. Al final como cualquier piso de alquiler vacacional se cobra a un precio acorde, no precisamente barato, y creemos que también parte de ello es reinvertir para que los huéspedes encuentren todo como toca. Solo a modo de sugerencia si lo quieren tener en cuenta. Gracias por todo!

Todo. Tranquilidad del complejo.. A cinco minutos andando de la playa. A 10 minutos andando al centro de Denia.
La piscina siempre limpia y bien cuidado el césped. Gente maja y amable.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, se tarda al pueblo 15 minutos andando.
Tiene dos terrazas una que da a la piscina y otra más grande que da a la parte de atrás.
Es un duplex bastante amplio.
La zona de la comunidad está muy bien, la piscinas muy grandes y con mucho espacio para los niños.
El anfitrión Guillermo accesible n cualquier momento y muy simpático.
La única pega es que le faltaba más limpieza en todo el apartamento y que uno de los baños de la habitación tenía mucho olor a tubería que no se fue en ningún momento . Pero son cosas mejores que se pueden solventar.
