VRC 18-000047 This stunningly built and decorated 4 bedroom + Bunk Den 4 bath home is just steps from the sparkling white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico with crystal clear blue waters. Located in prime Holmes Beach, you are within walking distance to the award winning Beach Bistro and many other restaurants, live music , bars and more. The private heated pool features a water-slide that the young (and young at heart) will LOVE and a covered pool deck where you can relax with family and catch the game on TV while cooking out. The gourmet kitchen features high end stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with service for 12 and all the cooking tools you need to cook for your friends and family. This beautiful home features 5 bedrooms with 1 king Master bedroom featuring a stunning walkout to the back yard where you can escape it all. Imagine sipping your morning coffee or unwinding at the end of the night with a glass of wine. This bedroom also features a stunning en-suite bathroom with double sinks and huge walk in closet There are 2 additional King bedrooms, one queen bedroom and a great bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds (totaling 4 twin beds). With details like clapboard walls and bead-board ceilings it is sure to excite the little travelers accompanying the grown ups. A huge dining room will feature a large dining table where everyone can gather for morning breakfast before heading to the beach or come together for dinner with sun-kissed noses after a day spent in the sun. The large great room will feature big comfy couches to lounge around with the family, watching a movie or catching up on some Netflix! This house will have a fully stocked garage with beach cart, beach chairs and a beach buggy to get it all down the street to the most beautiful beaches you'll ever see. Take the free trolley to Bean Point, or down to historic Bridge Street. Eat at restaurants like Beach Bistro, Chateau Anna Maria, grab burger's at Skinny's, or watch the sunset at the Sandbar. Go parasailing, take a sunset cruise or paddleboard on the crystal clear blue waters in the Gulf of Mexico. We might be only 7 miles long but Anna Maria has everything you could possibly need for your perfect beach vacation. Traveling with a little one? All our homes come with pack & plays and highchairs. Need more? There are several great rental places that have everything from baby gates to golfcarts, and they will drop them right off at your vacation property for you. No need to pack beach towels we provide those for you. Remember we are laid back and on Island time - Flip-flops and shorts are ok for breakfast, lunch and dinner no need to overpack you will most likely be in your cutest bathing suit or bikini anyways. No need to pay the crazy high fees to check all those bags! With Publix, CVS and Walgreens right on the island you can grab any sunscreen, hair product anything needed, why haul it all with you? Cancellations up to 30 days prior to arrival result in a refund of 70% of the grand total. In the event the reservations that exceed $20,000 or 30+ days, cancellations must be made at least 45 days prior to arrival in order to receive 70% of the grand total. Rental costs, as well as other protected nonrental fees, will be refunded as long as the terms and conditions are met. Excluded items from the third-party booking fees, and travel insurance. Please allow up to 10 days after your written cancelation for your refund to be processed. Rentals typically run Saturday to Saturday, If you are looking for a stay that is not a 7-night rental or would like to begin your vacation on a day other than Saturday please send us an email to [email protected] as we can sometimes accommodate alternate reservations. “You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. The house is really pretty and well designed! There are two bedrooms on the first floor (one the primary) with the other three bedrooms upstairs. The main floor is open concept with lots of room to cook, eat and relax! The appliances are in very good condition. The house came with bikes and kayaks which was a bonus! The pool is really fun with a slide, hot tub and built-in table. The outside had several lounge chairs and a large table to eat at. Everything was very clean (although the outside doors could use a deep cleaning). One thing we found perplexing is that they list the capacity at 8 people but there are 12 beds (and even a 13th if you include a trundle in the bunk room). Overall, it was a great home and we’d recommend it!

House was close to perfect. A guest had a minor issue with a closet door. Response for help was very quick. I might suggest not having plants with thorns near the pool. They put holes in our beach ball !!! Was the best house we have rented so far.

We stayed in this beautiful home for a week. Perfect location close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Gorgeous inside and out! We spent a lot of time at the pool and on the porch. This house and pool did not disappoint!!!!

The house was very clean. There was a odd odor when we arrived. The pool and hot tub was great! The beds and pillows were not very comfortable. The beach access was within walking distance. Our Overall stay was super nice.

What a relaxing week! The house was very clean, had plenty of kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc, a garage full of beach toys, carts, umbrellas and you will not find a better pool and slide for the kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

I had written the property manager over a week ago but never got a reply so I am writing here. Overall we really enjoyed the trip and especially the location. The house was good but in thinking back for the fee we paid for 2 weeks there can be improvement.
When we checked in the overwhelming smell of disinfectant caused us to have to open all the doors ands windows to fumigate the home and the floor had a film all over it, we had to wipe it down with wet towels. It is as if the cleaning crew simply mopped the floor with Lysol and not diluted it We told the managers but no one offered to come out and redo the floors, we did get a mop we asked for and re did the floors ourselves
Also its the little things that matter. While I know these homes are constantly rented, they do need some downtime to fix the little things. The sinks were clogged and slow running which they did come out and fix. The in-suite bathroom upstairs shower floor was in need of a new grout job as it was dark with mold in the floors of the shower.
Our first night when we went to bed there were no top sheets made on the bed, so we went to get one and the cleaning team had placed them back in the closet damp.
The beach towels are great but the bath towels have seen their shelf. Life and could use to be replaced, they were fairly bare
The bed in one of the upstairs bedroom is advertised as a king but it is 2 twins pushed together on a king mattress.
The umbrella at the pool, not the one in the pool has no way to secure it and flops around in the wind , thus it really provided no shade
The beach chairs and umbrella are a nice plus but should be checked and replaced every now and then as all the stands for the umbrella to place in the sand were not functional.
All the fans in the bedrooms certainly worked but you can see the dirt on the fans, just not a nice site to lie there and view as you lie in bed.
Overall it is a great house and a great location but it is disappointing to pay so much money and have these little things lurk over you in the vacation
So as I said its the little things that gnaw at you while on vacation. Improve these things and all is great. I think the management team can do a better job in maintaining the home in support of the folks that pay these rates for the vacation

Will stay here again!
This house is perfect in every way OTHER than the beds and bedding. Super uncomfortable and the thin pillows and bedding were awful. BUT, I’ll just bring my own next time. Backyard is literally an oasis. Stunning. House is gorgeous and clean. Walk to the beach is a breeze. Loved it!!!!

We have stayed on AMI 3to 4 years in a row. Every year our party gets bigger and every year we need a bigger house. This house was perfect for 12. Very roomy would stay there again for sure.

We loved the pool and even though our family was ages 20-79 the majority of us loved the slide. Having 2 king ensuite rooms downstairs is great when you have older adults staying. A total of 4 king rooms with 3 ensuite is awesome. Our only complaint would be the bikes and beach supplies. Out of the 5 bikes only 2 were in working order. It was not a big deal for us but we would have enjoyed them. We did appreciate all the beach towels. There was an issue with the dishwasher and they had someone out within 30 min on a Saturday. Overall this house is great and you cannot go wrong staying here. Looking forward to our next stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The house was clean and modern and the backyard pool and patio were truly like a resort. My teens loved it so much that I had a hard time getting them to leave the back yard and go to the beach! We had a hurricane pass by while we were there and the response and communication by the property manager, Emma, was excellent. We had a few bug issues as is common in a tropical locale which we were able to handle on our own. Would definitely return!

A few parking spots for cars and golf carts at entry, but not enough so to make it crowded. Everything is a quite bike or golf cart ride away that you'd need, but yet far enough that you don't have any of the associated noise. The accommodations were are stated and the water slide was a huge hit with the kiddos! Garage is loaded with kayaks, sand toys, beach chairs, and beach cart which was very convenient! Also nice touch to have beach/pool towels there...one less thing to pack! Highly recommend this home and AMI in general! We'll be back for sure!

Summer Getaway
House is as described. Does have some minor maintenance things that need to be addressed. Location is ok, about a 6 minute walk to the entrance of the beach. They should look to change the beach cart to one with much larger sand tires as the current cart is a bit difficult to haul through the sand. The pool area is great. The in-pool umbrella is the spot to be in. Had a couple of minor issues come up during our stay (BBQ ran out of propane and pool slide stopped working) and the property manager had them addressed very quickly. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Location
My family spent a week at this property in July & it was perfect for our needs. There were 7 of us, 5 adults and 2 kids (ages 11 and 8). The house was set up perfectly for our needs, the kids LOVED the bunkhouse and the pool, and the kitchen had everything we needed for dining at "home." And the location, 2.5 blocks from the beach can not be beat. Highly recommend & hope to stay again in the future!

Beautiful Home!
We rented this house for four couples and it worked out great with four king beds and four baths. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing. Spent a lot of time on the outside deck as well and enjoyed having an outside refrigerator for beverages. Plenty of room and seating throughout the entire house. Although we don’t cook meals while on vacation, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed if you did choose to cook. We hope to book this same home for future trips to Anna Maria! Thank you for a great week.
