This beautiful, centrally located 4-bedroom, 3 1/2-bathroom pool home has 2,288 under A/C square feet of elevated living space and offers the best of Island vacationing. Up to 8 guests will be accommodated very comfortably inside and out. From the quality quilts and linens on the beds, including TVs in all the bedrooms and several fantastic outdoor areas nothing has been spared to provide a perfect beach getaway.

Enjoy the outdoors on the various porches and the fantastic back yard area. Plenty of seating and sun loungers surround the lagoon shaped 26x17' pool, so you can bask in the Florida sunshine. Rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower and splash away! Have a cocktail after your day at the beach or prepare the catch of the day in the outdoor kitchen and grill by the pool. The perfect way to end your day is a late-night swim or hang out and watch the game.
Optional pool heat, up to 86 F, is available from November to April at $150/week. Weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Pool alarms are mandated per city licensing ordinance and cannot be disarmed. Pools are professionally serviced weekly and debris due to tropical climate might occur in between service days. Property Manager will expedite repairs of reported malfunctions, but no refund will be made for circumstances beyond our control.
Minimum stay: 7 nights and Maximum occupancy: 8 people
There are four parking spaces in the driveway and a garage to park your golf cart.
