An absolute gem of a place. I wanted to come here two years ago but wasn’t sure about the route. This time I decided to come and I am very glad. The route was super easy if you follow Ackaabat-Tonya route on the Tokyo Duzkoy Yolu. Mr Akif is the manager and is a very helpful and responsive person. He replies to my messages very quickly and helped in selecting the correct route to the hotel to make the journey easier.
The driver who helped with dropping bags showed me multiple rooms until I was happy with the room given to us. Not once did he or the reception lady made a face - they genuinely tried to help.
The resort is an amazing place with a lot of facilities. Amazing Breakfast, very helpful Staff from reception to driver to other workers, amazing experience with zip line,
Adventure park and power swing.
The Restaurant offered good food options. The pide and lahmachun made fresh in their oven by the home chef was amazing. un)
The views of the mountain and wadi are hard to describe - it was an amazing experience.
We didn’t go anywhere else and loved our stay at this place. It’s an absolutely relaxing treat away from the city traffic and crowds.
If we come to trabzon third time we will surely come back here.

The location of the property right in the middle of mountain. Good for people wanted to connect with nature.
Most of the staff were not able to speak English so was difficult to communicate.

The first time in 2022 was much better experience. Not this time.
The hotel is becoming old, a lot of stuff are damaged, Jacuzzi water pump had a very bad smell, electrical sockets didn’t work, toilet drain was stuck, toilet water kept running, it was very hot and they didn’t provide fans. They didn’t have Spa facilities.
