*الكوخ فخم والأثاث مميز وتم الإهتمام بأدق التفاصيل
*الموقع جميل جداً ويبعد عن مطار طرابزون تقريباً 39 دقيقة
* الافطار رائع جداً والمطعم مميز وفخم وكذلك تعامل الموظفين فيه رائع جداً
* يوجد مطعم تابع للفندق ويستقبل طلبات النزلاء حتى الساعة 8:30 مساءً ولكن لا يوجد خدمة للغرف والطلب عن طريق الحضور للإستقبال
بشكل عام الكوخ ممتاز جداً 🌹
* لا يوجد جهاز هاتف للتواصل مع الإستقبال، حيث يتم التواصل عن طريق الواتساب فقط
* خدمة الواي الفاي (الانترنت) لا تعمل نهائياً وتم التواصل مع الاستقبال ولكن لم يبدي موظف الإستقبال أي إهتمام لحل المشكلة
* النظام لديهم إخدم نفسك بنفسك حيث لا يتم مساعدتك في حمل الحقائب
* يوجد للسكن عدد 2 باب وتم قفل الباب الأمامي المواجه للإطلالة بشكل دائم لدواعي أمنية حسب إفادة موظف الإستقبال

بعد الكوخ عن مواقف السيارات الصعود والنزول من الدرج كان متعب

Chalet was comfortable Beds and bathroom were clean. Good breakfast.
Chalet lacks the attention to detail which I would expect for the price. Front door difficult to shut, some blinds were broken. There were ants in the bedroom and the windows were dirty. Overall it felt a bit neglected. It could be due to being the end of the season.

The natural and the design
There is no safety and security
Their services are very bad
The bed cover wasn’t clean
My reservation was 6 days and they have no housekeeping to clean the rooms
There is no one to help us to carry the luggage, you need to do it by yourself and it’s very difficult particularly for the villa that’s given to me with the long mountain stairs
I asked them many time to give me water bottles and they were ignoring our request
I heard last night gunshots
No one speak neither English or Arabic
A noisy voice came from the AC
They don’t care about their guests. My elderly mother is unable to walk up and down the stairs. I politely asked if they could move us to a villa closer to the restaurant and the main gate, but their response was, “That’s your mother and your problem
