Really it was a wonderful stay, many of my friends has nominated this resort for me, but what i have witnessed was really exceeded my expectation. I would like to thank Mr. Mohammed at the reception for his kindness, support and hospitality and i would like to extend my thanks to Mr. Omar in the resturant who has taken good care of us. Both of them were very helpful for me during our. stay

The hotel is amazing and staff are helpful .

We upgraded to a room with sea view, as the room with garden view felt stuffy and suffocating under the ground. The sea view room was very nice.
Also important to mention Mr Mohammad , arabic speaking who helped us very much in ordering food, and assistance and any questions. Very reliable person. He made our experience perfect.

Location
Hotel management need to pay extra attention to rooms cleanliness.
Alot of bugs in the room.
Room access key cards need to be reactivated everyday, which is not logic!
