I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you
The corridors and restrooms should have a fresh, pleasant scent. Breakfast could offer more variety, including fresh orange juice.

The breakfast was excellent a wide variety of food. The restaurant's staff was very helpful and professional.
The room was clean and beds are comfortable.
The location is excellent close to many restaurants and shopping centers
The beach is private and very close.
One of the best receptionists was Mrs. Bushra who I unfortunately saw her at check out. She was very professional and great listener to our concerns.
I didn't like that to clean up the room and take the trash out was on demand, we had to call the reception to have the housekeeping clean up our room.
Mr. Cayhoun the receptionist was very rude I greeted him and he didn't answer, I waited for him to look at me and he didn't, he was busy looking at his monitor and ignored me. I just left because I didn't want to allow him to ruin my vacation.
The beach needed to be clean.
The loud noise that comes from a nearby restaurant on the weekend was very loud even when we close the widows.
