The hotel significantly exceeded our expectations. We booked it for a night only before our flight the next day. We wanted to be close to Boztepe. I didn’t expect much but we loved our stay.
The staff at reception was very welcoming and helpful.
The route to the hotel coming from Akcaabat was very convenient using main road avoiding city traffic which is what we wanted.
The building is very thoughtfully managed. The lifts had latest digital display. The room was solid with multiple locks and had digital display for do not disturb signs.
The apartment we booked was a 3 bedroom and it felt like home. It was really modern and well maintained with a good kitchen and three bathrooms. There were multiple balconies and the view was simply amazing.
The one amazing thing we always hoped to see in buildings with open stairs exposure is a projection net in case if a kid falls and they had a very well built protection rope set up.
There was enough parking space for us and there was a very big supermarket in 2-3 minutes walk.
Overall we highly recommend this place if you want to stay in trabzon as a stop over or as a central location.

- View from the Apartment is beautiful
- spacious apartment with a good design
- friendly staff
- high speed Wi-Fi
- Location is good with nearby restaurants and supermarkets and only few minutes away by car from the centre
- No Breakfast hall instead its served in the room and they provide a very simple meal and its not possible to ask for a specific dish . and overall no value for money
- Hot water is not always present in the toilets
- The apartment has several broken items like lights or cupboards.
- No sound proof , you can hear voices all night from neighbouring apartments
