The breakfast time was 7 to 10am should be extended to 11am

Friendly, helpful staff, big room, lavish breakfast . Good air conditioning. Located close to town centre.
Busy road outside, with nowhere for taxis to stop without holding up traffic. Hamam was more like a beauty spa

Very nice staff and very helpgul, especially the Rezeption guys. Helped me to park my motorbike.
The room was overheated most of the time.
Going to the Spa for Sauna (as advertised), I was harshly asked by the lady to go back to my room and bring own towels and shampoo. This is only included if I take a massage.
Come on, do you let your guests walk around for towels in a 4 star hotel? And in a not so nice tone…
