Pillows very high not comfortable we asked for change but the said they have no other types

Car parking is very difficult to reach with difficulty in enter and exit (narrow and very steep)

Location is super and rooms were convenient as we had family room and the breakfast was amazing. Staff were friendly and very welcoming
The Spa and Gym was closed on our check in day (Sunday) no one told us although I was communicating with the hotel throughout! Also there is smoke smell, carpets are old!

Maybe the only 5-stats or 4-stars hotel in Trabzon. Lovely lobby with beautiful painted glass ceiling. Delicious restaurant on property. Clean and comfortable rooms.. facilities, laundry, and room service available as well as a coffee shop, salon, and shops on location. Excellent location at the heart of Trabzon Meydan
The spa facilities are for males only. No women masseuses or staff for hammam.
