Hotel location is good close to Bozetepea Terrace and to Trabzon Square, hotel facilities are good as well except the swimming pool, room service is good, daily cleaning of the room and towels changing.

Delay in check in, they are not organised and they tried to give me different room, not what i paid for, although i booked 45 days and paid full amount in advance, they socked me when i reached and told me your room booking not confirmed and we don't have the room you booked (family room), they tried to offer me other options but i refused and finally they managed to give me the same room i booked. That only caused me and my family a tension at the beginning but then everything was perfect.

the location was amazing, the view was out of this world, the breakfast was amazing. the valet service was great.

the reception staff were slow, the staff working in the dining area were either bored or not in the mood to speak to guests, having a tip box in the breakfast egg station was not something that i expected.

Stunning views from amazing hotel

Beautiful property with amazing views of the ocean and city of Trabzon. 25 minutes walk to central city, otherwise about a 10 minute drive. There is a lot of traffic though to the Boztepe area. Hotel is luxurious and clean with spacious rooms. Booked 3 mountain facing rooms and 2 of the rooms were upgraded to sea facing rooms-the views were just breathtaking. We only stayed 2 nights but I definitely would recommend staying at least 3-4 nights as Trabzon has so much to offer. Service is fast and fabulous. Very nice gym and pool with beautiful views also. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so can’t speak about that.

Had a terrible back pain from the bed, AC is to warm only, weather was foggy so we didn't enjoy any facility, room needs renovation as the humidity effected the wood clearly; value is higher than it should

the staff were so kind and help and easy to approach. the location is very fantastic with good view for the city. the food variety provided is vey good. the room sizes is fair and good with clean and tidy condition. the room service is fast and cool.

Beautiful view from the balcony. Room was cozy with modern furniture.

The route to the hotel was steep with very narrow streets but the balcony view from the top makes up for it. Air conditioning was not working and when we told the staff they said they do not run it during colder months. It was 27c inside the room, which made it impossible to sleep. The towel were ALL ragged and torn at the edges which honestly is surprising to be found at a Radisson Blu.

What makes the Radisson Blu in Trabzon a good choice is the spectacular view of the Black Sea from the sea view rooms. Very clean and comfortable rooms. It was also a good walk into Trabzon city.

very nice,clean and comfortable hotel overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Excellently staff, they were extremely helpful with arranging all the tours within reasonable price. We loved onsite Kolcuoglu restaurant, food was delicious and catered to your taste; a special shout out to Mr Onur Ozaksu for his excellent hospitality.
