Bright and airy, this oceanfront 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo located on the first floor offers something for everyone. Enjoy a front row seat for sunrise, spend the day at the beach or lounge by the pool with a poolside gazebo and multi-level decking complete with lounge chairs.. Enjoy sunrises, ocean views and evening breezes on your vacation. You can't get any closer to the sand and surf than in this front row condo. Paved & wooden walkways lead to a crossover to the sandy, white beach and crystal blue waters. And after a day of sun and sand, you can use the outdoor shower to wash it away. And enjoy the private oceanfront covered deck.
The open concept living room, dining and kitchen maximize the space and give everyone an amazing view through the sliding doors to the Atlantic. The classic kitchen provides everything you need to dine in or take your meals outside on the oceanfront covered deck. Comfortable seating in the living room is perfect for evening movies.
Sweet Dreams: Linens (Bed and Bath) are not included. Linens are available for rent through Ward Realty.
Back Bedroom: King Bed; TV; private half bath and connecting full bath with tub/shower

Your beach condo is located approximately 1.2 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge, near the central part of Topsail Island. This puts you close to restaurants, shops, and the Surf City Pier plus more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

Boats, trailers, jet skis, etc. are not allowed on the condo premises.
Trip Preparation:
Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay seem as close to home, while you are away from home as possible. All our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, and much more! Please note this condo does not come with sheets or towels. You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.

Wonderful place to stay right on the ocean. The private parking space under our room made it very convenient to store our beach gear without having to carry it in and out of the room

The views and location were absolutely perfect! Our family had a great week and would definitely come back. Beach is very family friendly. Condo was clean and plenty of space. Kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. Pool was refreshing and spacious. Overall great condo and great vacation!

You can’t get closer to the beach. It’s not a very big stretch of beach (maybe 30-50 ft from balcony to surf during hi/low tide), but sand is smooth and water pretty clear. There’s no exit off the balcony so you do need to walk down one flight of stairs and over to walkway about 40ft away. Very close.
Overall the condo is okay. Bringing all the linens and paper products is standard for me, so that was no issue. But the huge list of checkout instructions was a bit much. Not sure why we paid a cleaning service fee b/c we left it cleaner than we found it.
The shower heads in full bath need replaced. Just not strong enough jet.
The fan over master bed was very wobbly so we didn’t use it.
The patio doors need replaced immediately. We didn’t call maintenance b/c it requires actual new doors. The entire set is rusted and hard to slide, and glass door actually lifts out of track on bottom. It was usable but a real pain in butt. My kids weren’t able to open/shut door so we had to do it.
When I called before check in to say we might be late, lady said our keys would be out front of office in a box. When I asked for code to unlock that box, she said there was no lock. I do not think condo keys along with my check-in and personal info should be in an unsecured box! Luckily we got there right at closing time so it wasn’t an issue. And when we left, the keys get dropped into a slot that slides inside office, like a bank or library overnight slot, so they’re secure.
There aren’t a ton of restaurant choices but check out the tiny Island Delights. Very good sandwiches. If you go boating in the ICW, rent from Topsail. Then go about a quarter mile to Sailfish for dinner. Stop there because there isn’t anything else for many miles. There are other marinas but not with food beyond chips and candy.
Traffic absolutely sucks because it is such a tiny spot, so make sure you get to the Walmart first and don’t go back past the bridge again. It takes forever. Worse than Bethany Beach or OB.
