Located in West Bay, this attractive condo for $519 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Get away from the crowds of the busy resort area and the large condo complexes. Windsong is comprised of only four luxury boutique condominiums. Our gated property is located on one of the most coveted streets on island, Historic Boggy Sand Road. We’re steps from pristine, unpopulated Boggy Sand Beach which is the northernmost part of Seven Mile Beach. Amongst the quietness at night, you can hear the waves breaking on the beach. With its own beautiful pool and lush gardens, Windsong is a private sanctuary all its own. Each beautifully furnished apartment has 1,700 sq. ft. of spaciousness. There’s plenty of room for your family and/or friends. The upper units have a large balcony with a pool view. The garden level units have a comfortable patio to relax and is just a few feet from our custom pool and professionally landscaped gardens. The kitchen is fully outfitted and there are plenty of linens and beach towels. Attention to detail is clear throughout the property. Concierge Services: Private Cook, Housekeeping Services, Airport Pick up, Paddleboard Lessons, Grocery Shopping, Snorkel Gear Rental, Professional Photography/Videography, Excursion Booking with our recommended providers. This is our 3rd time returning to this location.
Quiet location just across street from private beach access with nice snorkeling spot about 150 yards swim. Grocery store close by. Parking is tight, but owner is very accommodating - was not an issue.
Not “downtown”, but there are a few restaurant options around. Try Heritage kitchen…amazing local fish dishes!!

The property was very clean and the location was great. Julie was always available to answer questions or provide information. The beach was 100 feet from the place and it was nice to have a private pool on the property. We’re a family of five and there was plenty of room for all of us.

Phenomenal…Julie is the most upfront, hands on & efficient property manager I have ever experienced. She is really on top of her game.
The location, although not directly on the beach it is VERY close with gated access that worked out wonderfully for us. The location was PERFECT.
The property itself is well furnished, very well provisioned with everything you need & then some. Restaurant’s nearby & grocery store was within walking distance.
Weather was wonderful, a great time was had by all & we would definitely use this place again.

Windsong #4 is part of a 4 unit building. Julie is great - helpful and a wealth of knowledge. The property is quiet. Across the street from the beach access and a short drive from the hustle and bustle areas. Grocery and liquor store is within walking distance. It worked out great and we'll do it again

We had regulated A.C....which we weren't told about when booking.when having a problem we were told we didn't have regulated A.C.,But then later we were told we did...then we had no A.C at all for the day before we left....it was very hot it went to 81in the condo.So check first,ask questions about A.C. ahead a time.

Condo was perfect for our family. Steps to the best sandy beach and fun snorkeling. Had great beach gear and towels. Beds and pillows were comfy and kitchen had everything you need. Nice deck overlooking private pool. There is a grocery store and liquor store 2 minutes from Windsong, which was super convenient. Would absolutely stay again. Julie was great to deal with.

Great vacation
Great accommodations. Everything you need from kitchen utensils to beach chairs. Plenty of room and nice patio. Was able to communicate with owner by text which helps quickly and efficiently. Your are not right on the beach but a short walk away from the best beach spot on island in my opinion. We were able to drink the locals water through filter in fridge. We also were able to stay an hour after checkout which was nice. We brought our teenage daughters and they never got bored. We will definitely be coming back. The only thing I would say there is no partial view of the sea from patio. But everything else was great!

Our 2 week stay at Windsong Condominiums, Unit 4, was perfect. The condo was well stocked with everything you need for comfort and enjoyment. The Foster's Grocery store was a short walk or 2 minute drive to purchase all your food items. Laundry soap, dishwasher soap, beach towels, paper towels, and a fully stocked kitchen is provided. I packed some non-perishable food items in a large suitcase brought them with us.
The beach is a 2 minute walk and is perfect. Very quiet part of the beach with complete tranquility. No rocks and a sandy bottom. You can bring water shoes if you prefer but I never used mine . Snorkeling right off the beach was excellent. Snorkel gear can be rented for $10 for the week. Chairs and umbrellas are at the condo to take to the beach, along with some water toys.
Julie was amazing. She checked in on us quite often and answered our texts with questions immediately.
This was our 7th trip to Grand Cayman and this was our favorite location.

The property was very nice. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, good kitchen and laundry along with a storage closet for beach chairs and beach toys. Loved sitting on the porch at night and listening to the pool fountains. Great location for going north on SMB or south. A great restaurant and the grocery store is a short walk away.

Relaxing and Beautiful location
This property is directly across from the beach on a quiet street but close enough to walk to Foster grocery and several small restaurants. The public bus runs frequently and is a bargain for $2 Cayman to Georgetown , or most locations on this end of the island. Highly recommend the Six Sense Bio Tour, which was recommended by Julie our host.

We greatly enjoyed our 10 days on Grand Cayman, and this location fit all of our needs perfectly. We were clear with what we wanted with this vacation, and our choice of Windsong was perfect for us.
First, all of the descriptions of the property were accurate in our assessment, and that avoided any negative surprises when we arrived. Julie's communications were all very clear and timely regarding the arrival process and what to expect when first getting to Windsong. The clarity and completeness of her communications reduced any worry we had regarding where to go, when to arrive, and how to gain access.
The unit has a master bedroom (MBR) with a master bath and two smaller but still very spacious rooms. In our party we had two married adults and two adult children, so the "kids" had their own bedrooms for the vacation. The family room is also very spacious with comfortable seating (couch/chairs), an eating area (kitchen table), plus a nice-sized full kitchen. We had plenty of space for only the four of us, and I can imagine no issues with a couple more people (younger kids for example). The one smaller bedroom has separate beds that would be best for younger children -- our 6' tall son would not fit in the shorter bed in that room. The other (non-master) bedroom has a queen bed and is very comfortable for taller people.
We enjoyed time in both the pool and at the beach. The walk to the beach is very short, about 1 minute. Winding provides very nice beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle board, etc. We carried most of these items to the beach, but I can see that being a bit of a challenge for some folks. The beach is great for relaxing/sunning, reading, throwing frisbee, swimming or just relaxing in the water. The snorkeling in that immediate area was not worthwhile since there is no live coral right there. However, a short walk one direction or the other likely leads to good snorkeling (we didn't find it ourselves, but saw many others snorkeling down the beach). The pool seems new and is in great shape. It's meant for relaxing and dipping or for younger kids to play in, and for that purpose it's great. At the end of a day, it was great to take a dip and relax for a bit in the water (if we didn't got to the beach).
The location is also perfect for dinners out or bringing in. Lots of choices nearby. Also it's a very short drive to Georgetown. Julie provides lots of great recommendations for all of that. All in all, a great place to go for us.

Perfect Vacation!
This was our 3rd time staying at Windsong and we will never stay anywhere else! We love everything about it. The location is ideal and the condo is in excellent condition. Communication between Julie, the property manager, is always quick and easy. We are already trying to decide when we can go back!

Fabulous Condo in the most amazing location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Windsong. The Condo itself is immaculately presented with high end furniture. It’s very spacious and the beds are huge with exceptionally comfortable mattresses and beautiful bed linen.
The hosts have thought of everything and there is a fine array of utensils in the kitchen as well as extras like snorkels, paddle boards and kayaks available for guests to use.
The pool area is nice and well kept. There are lots of birds including parrots in the trees around the pool.
The location on Boggy Sand Road is arguably the best spot on Grand Cayman. Boggy Sand Road known as millionaires row is speckled with grand villas. The beach is pristine and very quiet compared to the busier end of 7 mile beach.
Julie is an awesome host who was on hand if we needed anything at all.
We would love to return to Cayman one day and we’d definiteky bookthis accommodation again if we do. Our children loved it and felt very at home.

Very beautifully appointed and extraordinary proximity to the beach
Very beautifully appointed and extraordinary proximity to the beach. The section of the seven mile beach this property has access to is the better section from my perspective, because of nearly no crowds. The sunsets were beautiful as were early morning walks. The property itself is very spacious and clean. Julie and Ruanik were super responsive for any needs and questions. We will definitely stay here again. Overall a great value considering seclusion, access to beach, amenities and cost.

Clean, comfortable home right across from a quiet,beautiful beach, Julie provided everything we needed — beach chairs, umbrellas, and we rented snorkel gear from Julie for the week. Great location - a quick walk to the supermarket and a liquor store. Highly recommend and I’m sure we will be back!

A Hidden Gem
We absolutely loved our stay at Windsong and would give it our highest recommendations. Julie was very welcoming and helpful as we got settled and planned our week's excursions, and she was quick to resolve any issues and answer any questions. We loved that Windsong was off of the busy West Bay Road and so close to the beach access (and good snorkeling right from shore), and having the grocery store so nearby helped us keep our food expenses down. Everything was clean and very nice! We noticed that the house was super quiet; we never heard the guests downstairs, and the early morning crowing of the roosters did not wake us. ;) Sitting on the patio in the early mornings and late evenings was so peaceful and relaxing, and we felt very safe walking the beach and the neighborhood even after dark. The paddle board was something that we wouldn't have tried had it not been available at the house, it was fun. We used Julie's recommendations of Six Senses for our Stingray City tour and Sea Elements for the BioBay experience, and both are well worth your time. We enjoyed eating at Alfresco, Caribbean Kitchen, and Heritage Kitchen (our favorite), all within easy walking distance of Windsong and with good prices and great food. We did not rent a car, but we made good use of the public buses to get where we needed to go. If you're looking for a family-friendly stay without the noise and crowds of the resorts, you would do no better than Windsong!

BEST PLACE ON THE ISLAND!
This was our first trip to Grand Cayman and I struggled with deciding the best area to stay. Well, I hit the nail on the head! This condo was definitely the best place to stay for our family. The condo is clean and roomy and Julie really provides all the necessities you need to enjoy her condo. As well, my kids kept saying how awesome it was to have access to the paddle boards, kayaks, beach toys for my grandson, umbrellas...really everything you need for the beach. Boggy sand road is quiet and has beautiful homes that you walk by on the way to the water or to the restaurants nearby. I can't say enough good things about Julie and Windsong Villas other than we will definitely stay here when we come back!. Already looking at when we can plan our next trip to Grand Cayman!!

West Bay and Windsong are a perfect combo
Our family of 4 adults love the Windsong villas. This was our second stay and the first stay in unit 4. Very quiet villa and community in general. Boggy Sand Rd is a quiet street with little to no traffic. Windsong 4 was well equipped and Julie and Ruenick arranged for grocery delivery before our arrival. This was a great help when you arrive on Sunday and the grocery stores are closed. The villa has a very comfortable patio for enjoying morning coffee and you cannot beat the quick 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach with no crowds. The Seven Mile Beach sunsets are some of the best you'll ever see. Will return again as soon as possible.

Christmas on Grand Cayman
Windsong #4 could not have been better! We were met by Kathy( Julie was not on the island during our visit), who gave us all the scoop on the beaches, restaurants, and things to do. She supplied our snorkeling gear for the week too. The condo was spacious and very upscale. There were 6 of us and 4 were teenagers, so they could sleep in while my husband and I sat on the porch with our coffee. #4 had great porch furniture, and we liked being on the second floor because it was so private. The beach was beautiful and great for swimming. I thought it might bother me that we weren’t right on the beach, but it was so easy to get to our beach and it was so private that I didn’t mind the short walk. We were the only ones on the beach at times! We took the condo’s paddle board out to snorkel and it was beautiful. We were looking for an island that was safe and easy to explore and a condominium that was in a good location and could sleep 6 comfortably. Grand Cayman and Windsong did not disappoint. I highly recommend renting a car and exploring the whole island. We would be out all day and it was nice to come back to Windsong and just relax. I would highly recommend Windsong #4.

Perfect...Relaxing Vacation
Windsong on Boggy Sand Road was absolutely perfect for me and my family.
Condo is located up in West Bay. Away from the cruise ships and big hotels.
Perfect location at the end of a quiet road....with only a short walk to grocery store, liquor store, Café and of course Heritage Kitchen (Grouper :). We never rented a car and didn't need to. Used Ace Taxi which was super easy. Condo has everything you need inside and out. Beach chairs, umbrella, paddle boards, kayaks, private pool, piles of towels and snorkel gear avail. Inside no expense is spared. Very nicely decorated and appointed. We cooked breakfast and lunch....and went out to dinner. Foster supermarket is very nice and convenient. Big couches,comfy chairs & beds and beautiful porch views ! Our family of 5 was more than comfortable. The condo is extremely clean with private access to your own beach basically. Julie is wonderful as well. Everything she recommended was spot on.
