The appartment is spacious with 2 bedrooms and a living room, in a quite neighbourhood. And pretty clean, too.
The communication with the host was a bit complicated, While answers were provided, they were not always to the point.
Furthermore, I was rather unpleased with the host's request to give it a 10 score, as "that would be very important for them". Well, I consider reviews are just as important for all hosts on booking.com, and realistic reviews are important for all booking.com users. Therefore, I was not able to accomodate this request.
The appartment is not in the best condition and could use some refurbishing here and there. Consequently I do not consider it up to the price we paid.

It was very close to tram line and city centre, the apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.
