We realy enjoy our time in east Jawa, not so many turist as at Bali - great place to chill, calm holidays even we not surfing we realy like to hike in the forest and sunset on the beach.
Greatful for very helpful personel, especialy Menager of homestay - explain how to get to nice places arouded like red island beach or best treck in Alas Purwo, rent a scooter and organizer transport to Bali or trip to crater.

The facilties are as described and comfortable. Access to kitchen and an enclosed parking area are very nice. Pool was clean. The hotel is closest to Alas Purwo park. This is mostly a hotel for Indonesians.
There was a scam occurring with the pricing when we arrived. The hotel manager said at first they didn’t accept bookings from Booking.com but still asked me how much I paid. Then he said my booking was there but the price reflected online was not correct. When I told him they set the price he said a third-party, OYO set the price and it was not correct and he said we had to pay more. I refused as that is a scam. Eventually he agreed to honor the booking. FOREIGNERS, DO NOT BOOK HERE WITHOUT CALLING AND TALKING TO MANAGEMENT FIRST TO CONFIRM PRICING!
