Situated in Key West, this attractive condo for $321 per night is a great option for your next trip. SUZY'S PARROT PERCH is a charming apartment that is located in the heart of Old Town on the corner of two historic streets (Whitehead and Virginia) just steps from Duval and two blocks from the Southernmost Point. You couldn't be any closer to the nightlife and attractions on Duval Street (Flamingo Crossing, the famous homemade Key West ice cream parlor, is just around the corner, La Te Da is a block away), and yet this cozy 795 square foot condo is perched on the second floor of a two-story building, with its own quiet balcony away from the hustle and bustle. THE PORCH... Through a quaint gate off of Whitehead Street, you will climb an outdoor staircase hidden from the street by tropical foliage. At the top you'll find an outdoor porch area overlooking Virginia Street, and down the lane, Duval Street. From this viewpoint, it's obvious how this Parrot Perch got its name. This home is equipped with comfortable patio furniture for enjoying happy hour while doing some people watching from above. THE LIVING AREA... The first thing you'll notice as you open the front door of SUZY'S PARROT PERCH is the openness of the living area. As you enter the apartment, you'll be greeted with a comfortable living room area with plush couches and a flat screen TV. One couch pulls out to a Queen sized sofa sleeper to sleep 2 extra guests. From the living area couches, you can peer out the window and see the treetops across Virginia Street. THE KITCHEN... Behind the living area, the open kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, including a modern LG refrigerator with lower freezer for easy accessibility. The kitchen is also equipped with an electric stove, oven, and a dishwasher for easy clean up after meals. The kitchen area also has a high-top table and barstool seating for four. There's even a sound system to set the mood while having dinner. THE ACCOMMODATIONS... • Master Bedroom: King bed, full closet, flat screen TV, and a private porch. • Second Bedroom: Full bed and flat screen TV. The shared hall bathroom has a walk-in shower. ALL LAST KEY VACATION HOMES INCLUDE: • Washer and Dryer • Central Heat and A/C • Ceiling Fans • Flat Screen TVs in Living Room and All Bedrooms • Fully Equipped Kitchen • Basic stock of spices • Starter supply of paper products • Starter set of cleaning products • Linens and Towels provided • Wireless high-speed Internet access and full cable included Other notes: • Interim housekeeping provided upon request • This property will accommodate up to 6 adults • Pets Not Allowed • Last Key Realty vacation homes are rented to family groups and responsible adult groups only. Groups who expect they may cause after hours noise will not be a good fit for this home and should be aware they may incur additional penalties when in residence for violations. There will be a $500 charge for after-hours dispatch of our staff in response to calls resulting from verified noise complaints for violations by our guests in residence. NEED MORE SPACE... This property was perfect for 4 adults. It is located up a set of steep stairs that can be slippery with the rain and there is no dedicated parking but no car is needed. This property is in the heart of where you want to be in Key West and everything is very walkable. I felt safe and secure, the unit was very clean and comfortable and the concierge/host was beyond attentive and wonderful. I would highly recommend this property and will stay here again!

Just a great time - relaxing, great walks and talks, beach, food - lobster pizza! Yum! Wine, fruit and cheese on the deck as the sun sets and coffee as it comes up in the morning. Can't wait to come back. Christian Silva met us on arrival and acquainted us to the property gave us great resources and then Charlie assisted with all the questions and plans! Grateful for them both.

The property is in a great area to do a walkable exploration of old town Key West. Our accommodations were upstairs. The stairs do need a bit of maintenance, but overall the stay was a very good experience.

Perfect rental property for our family of 3 (mom, dad & 14yr old). The neighborhood was very quiet at night. We arrived 4 hrs prior to check-in (couldn’t get early check-in) and we were able to store our luggage in a locked office until our unit was ready. Christian was an excellent host/concierge, very communicative and helpful. We did not rent a car, and I am glad we didn’t. I was given parking instructions but there is not a designated parking space here. We used Uber and rented bicycles which worked out great for us. The place was clean, had everything we needed and was just as it appeared in photos. We would definitely stay again.

The unit is located within walking distance of the Southern Most Point, Hemingway House, Duval street, Butterfly Conservatory, and much more. There’s a free Duval loop shuttle stop (stop #9) right across the street from the unit.
The unit was well furnished and clean. We did not hear our downstairs neighbors at all. Christian, our host contact, did a fabulous job making sure everything was ok.

This was a cute condo and the perfect location for us. We visited Key West for Christmas. We arrived early and was able to access the condo earlier than expected, which was great. The owner even had a Keylime pie in the fridge for us. We rented a golf cart for transportation but parking can be tedious in Key West. We thought there would be a parking spot, but there was not. We were lucky to find parking close by. The condo was updated and comfy. The check out process was easy. We would stay at Susie’s Partot perch again!

Had a fantastic time in Key West and a great stay at Suzy’s Parrot Perch! The place was just as pictured and was a perfect location for us on our first time in the area. Only a block off Duval, but on the “quiet end”. Easily walkable to everything we wanted to do in Old Town (we did drive to the beach). Samantha kept in touch both before and during our stay and was super helpful with lots of great suggestions and info about things to do & places to eat.
The apartment itself met our needs - comfortable beds & living space. Only one bathroom, but that wasn’t a huge deal for us. Nice to have a fridge and anything else we needed so that we could focus on relaxing and enjoying the amazing weather.
The place did not have dedicated parking, but we were able to find street parking nearby without much trouble.
Only other suggestion would be for light sleepers to bring earplugs. The roosters of key west are loud, and merciless in the early morning!!

We loved our location, we could walk or bike virtually everywhere we wanted to go. We rented bikes for the week and it was so easy to get around. Place was clean, hosts were accessible and being a few blocks from duval made us feel like we were at the fun center while being able to enjoy a little quiet. I’d stay here again!

We had a great time in Key West. The location of this property was perfect for us. Apartment is nicely appointed. Wish we had a larger 2nd Bedroom but we knew what we were getting when we booked so no complaints. Glad to sacrifice the larger 2nd Bed for the location. Check in was a breeze management team was exceptional in their communication and they even left us a key-lime pie in the fridge. Would definitely recommend.

Suzy’s Parrot Perch was an excellent place to stay. Even though a hurricane came through a few days before we arrived everything was pretty much cleaned up and the property was clean and amazing. The location is great for walking to all area attractions on Duval St, Ft Zachary, Mallory Square, Hemingway House, Butterfly Conservatory and pretty much everything. We walked everywhere. It was stocked with all the essentials including a delicious Key Lime pie in the refrigerator!!
